I wish I could give 5 stars but the service was just not as expected for a fine dining restaurant.\n\nThe service we received... from Jacob was far below expectations. He frequently walked by the table and stared without saying anything or asking how wewere doing. We had to ask for several things that should have been provided (ie. Serving spoons, etc). My friend finished herwine, and he just came by and took her glass without asking if she wanted a refill. He did the same thing with her hot watermug. When we got our dessert, she had nothing to drink.\n\nWe came here for a Sunday lunch. The decor inside the restaurantwas immaculate and beautiful. We ordered the black truffle beef tartare, burrata caprese, prosciutto pizza and brussel sprouts. All of our food came out all at once. We expected the tartare and burrata to be served first as they are appetizers. We wereforced to eat the pizza and brussel sprouts first so that they would not get cold. While we were eating, the manager came by toask how everything was. I voiced my dissatisfaction about all of our food coming out together and he only offered to take ourhalf eaten pizza back and bring it out later. No concessions were made at all.\n\nDespite the highly disappointing service, thefood was amazing. The black truffle beef tartare was so delicious. The burrata caprese was also super yummy. The pizza andthe brussel sprouts were also pretty tasty.\n\nThe dessert was the highlight of the meal. The dulce de leche lava cake was todie for. It took 20 minutes to prepare but was worth the wait as it was amazingly delicious.\n\nIf the level of service can bebrought up to the quality of the food, this restaurant could be very successful. If there was an option for a 4.5 rating, this might be the most deserving place. The look and feel of the restaurant was... definitely on point, having a nice mix of fun, lively and chic. It just felt like the place to be at.\n\nFor starters, the BlackTruffle Beef Tartare was amazing. The dish itself without black truffles would’ve been great, but that just put it over thetop. The Halibut Alla Sarda was great, but just a tad bit too dry for us. Kinda wish there was a bit of lemon juice/zest or justsomething to help boost it. The Gnocchi Al Funghi Silvestri was cooked to perfection, with each bite of the pasta being as softand fluffy as the last. The only issue was the dish ate more like mushrooms with a side of gnocchi than the other way around.The Tortino Di Latte Bruciato, though, almost made up for it by itself and was worth waiting an extra 15-20 min for, as it wasas decadent and delicious as promised. What a beautiful new restaurant! The owner is wonderful and the food oh my good incredible. The wait staff is also kind aswell.... I had the tuna salad and it was freaking delicious, I asked for the tuna to be a bit hot and it happened per my request. Great food and even better service. This was our first time at Zanti and it exceeded our expectations. We had the truffle cheese... ravioli and the beef ravioli, as well as a few margaritas. Everything tasted amazing and came out in a timely manner.\nEveryonewe interacted with was very kind. Jacob was our server. He really went out of his way to make sure our first experience was agreat one.
