Incredible food with top notch service. Our server Nick was very knowledgeable about the menu which was extremely helpful... considering we had never been there before or had Vietnamese cuisine previously. All the entrees are designed to be shared soeveryone can try a variety of dishes. And the Rubbish Apple Pie is to die for! Read more

We came late in the evening yet the staff was still happy to serve us and take the time to explain the menu instead of hustling... us out. We started with appetizers as everything is easily shareable. The Viet-Cajun Oysters were very delicious, their H-townbang sauce was a delightful explosion of flavor that added to the muscle. The wagyu meatballs, while small, packed a nice punchof tender beef and light/airy flavor so it didn't feel like you were having a heavy starter. We also got the smoked beef cheekdumplings, so tasty that we ordered a second round of them. For our mains we got the smoked beef rib flat rice noodle and thetofu crispy noodles. Both were excellent but we all agreed we enjoyed the flat noodle over the crispy. To drink we had theDragon Highball Z and the Spicy, Smokey, Sweet. The highball was a highball, but the triple S was more fun and flavorful andpaired well with everything else. Would definitely recommend and we will be going back to try more dishes. Read more

Not sure why the reviews are anywhere below 5 stars. This restaurant deserves to be a Michelin Star restaurant. We have tried a... couple Michelin Star restaurants and none can be compared to this. The food and service are both spectacular. The flavors ofevery dish from appetizers to entrees to desserts are all mind blowing and filled with great satisfaction. My only complaint isthat I wished that I had more than one stomach so that I can try more items from the menu. We came in on a Tuesday, whichhappened to be 1/2 off oysters, which is a great bonus for us since we’re such oyster fanatics. I cannot wait to come backagain for more, even if it’s the same dishes. Modern Vietnamese food at its best! The Braised Short Ribs were fall off the bone tender and the crunchy rice was packed with... flavor after the egg was mixed in. The steak was delicious as well, not as tender at the ribs, but still amazing. The RumbishApple Pie was very unique. We had our doubts about the fish sauce drizzle, but it really elevated the dish. A very nice place to go for happy hour and then stay for dinner. I have been ruined by their fried chicken because I will not... find a better fried chicken anywhere. We had every cocktail on the happy hour menu and the margarita and the sangria were thebest. The oysters were a little bit of a miss and I really didn't like them. I will be going back to try the rest of the dinnermenu at one point soon. Read more

Definitely modern, higher end Vietnamese restaurant. The place is spacious and the photo backdrops is great. We went to eat here... to celebrate a friend's accomplishment and found our service amazing. Anthony is a great server and very attentive. If you havenot been to any other Vietnamese restaurants, this is a good starting place although the price range is higher up. I recommendthe soft shell crab and the Viet-Cajun oysters. If you have a hearty appetite, the braised pork and crispy rice is a goodportion but might be limiting when shared among 2-3 people. Maybe have to try and come during Happy Hour to have a more thoroughreview. Read more

My husband and I decided to check this spot out for date night and we are SO glad we did! The atmosphere is laid back and casual... and the drinks are delicious. Friendly and knowledgeable staff! We had two appetizers, the dumplings and the egg rolls. We splitan entree, the braised beef sticky rice. (More than enough to split) and had the apple pie for dessert. We can’t wait to goback! Modern, casual atmosphere with regular dining area, outside patio and high tables. Innovative wine and food selections. Extended... happy hours all night so we tasted all snacks. Raw oysters are the best. Our server was busy but attentive. She helped set upfamily birthday celebration, brought a slice of apple pie no charge, and took pictures on their backdrop. Overall great diningexperience and will come back again. Read more
