Too long wait even after 30 minute head start waited an hour. If you have an expedition and your take is to find the worst... Wingstop in all of Houston; congratulations you?ve found it. If you want your order to be wrong, take too long and horriblecustomer service by this person then you are in the right place. Read more

This wing stop has absolutely failed to live up to expectations. After the third time trying to order from here it took 1.5... hours for my delivery driver to tell me they gave the order to someone else- 3/3 times this has happened. Too bad door dashwon?t let me order from another location. Read more

The 1 star is only for the person who works the register, she actually had a great personality and wonderful customer service,... no one had on a name tag, I ordered chicken and corn, the corn BIG MISTAKE dry and hard. I went in on my lunch break. I was told15mins, waited 30 plus ok because I am a patient person and plus I seen they were behind, added the chicken was fresh. I tookthe corn back after work yes 3 hours later the blonde hair manager has a very nonchalant, nasty attitude, she wasn't gonna do areturn on her shift, b#t@# u cooked this on your shift. The customer service was great. I actually had a great experience. They spoke to us like they knew us for years. The lady with... the pretty eyes and the girl who works the register with the braids were very kind. They made sure our food was fresh and theywere patient with a very indecisive customer (me lol). I spent $35 on a online order that I never received, I called for about a week to get my food, but they never answer the phone.... Manager is super rude and the girl answer the phone letting me know they don't have any chicken sandwiches as her greeting. Thisplace need to be shutdown immediately. Service was horrible. The he/she that works the counter has no customer service or class. I got my food and it was hard,overly... fried,and it looks like they just poured the sauce on the food. Also my fries was hard and no seasoning on them. I called themanager and she offered a refunded but it's a shame to spend your money and get a product like this.
