I stopped by at this location 8540 to place an order. I look at the menu for a second and proceeded to order. But no one in the... store spoke English. So they just stared at me. Until a girl who spoke English walked in. They all surrounded her pointingshowing her things. That looks like a very uncomfortable position to be in. They also have guest writing their orders down. Howis anyone supposed to function under those circumstances?! Something needs to be done about that Immediately!!! Read more

The staff was very nice. The only problem was the phones were out and the message said order online which I did even though I... was going to pay for 1 order with cash. The website said the orders were confirmed, took both payments and said they would beready in 16-21 minutes. My husband and I got there and it wasn't quite time, so we sat in the car for 10 minutes then went inonly to be told the online orders weren't working even though it took both payments. We had to wait another 20 minutes for themto cook the food. The food was great and, as I said, the staff was very friendly, but the PTB need to fix the phones and onlineordering asap... Read more

I placed an order on 08.31.22 through the mobile app. However whe I received my order was wrong I called right away and spoke... with Jasmine she stated she will pass it to the store manager so he could process the refund. I advised I could send her pictureof the order she satiated there was no need and that the store manager was going to issue a refund. On Tuesday 09.06.22 I calledback because I never received a refund and spoke with another lady who said her name was rika (or something like that) she saidthat James will call me back and that Jasmine had been fired. however I never received a call. On 09.07.22 I called again andspoke with Jaquale I told her a have been waiting for a call from the store manager she stated he was there and to hold on themshe came back to the phone and refused to pass me to the store manager instead she was extremely rude and told me that Ishould?ve taken the food back ( I told her nobody advised me of that and that my order was not even close to what I had order.She instead of Apologizing she said that was the policy and that no refund was going to be provided and she refuse to pass me tothe store manager and hung up on me. I can?t believe that all the people at this location are so rude and disrespectful andobviously do not care for the business. This location just hires anyone and don?t care about customer service. I definitely willnot be a customer anymore and I will make sure those around me know as well. This is unacceptable. UPDATE: finally received acall from James who every other person I spoke with kept saying he was the store manager turns out this Wingstop doesn?t evenhave a store manager. SMH! I told him the whole situation yet he still refused to give me a full refund. Keep in mind this wasorder I placed last week and it was Wingstop employees who never said you need to bring back the food. The passed 2 times here have been great. There is a wait. They look like they need more people but my food come out hot and... fresh. Gabby is great she take my order over the phone. lol I don't know what I want but she was really good help. The other 2young men are great they was working as hard as they could with only 3 people. My first time at this location. The food is fresh and the facility is very clean. Raven helped with my order. Raven has... excellent customer service skills and is very pleasant to be around. Her awesome attitude seems to be contagious because all ofthe staff worked so well together. This location is the best I?ve ever been to. Thank you for having such good employees. Dry & no seasoning Pretty disappointing visit, ordered four varieties lemon pepper, garlic parmesan, mango habanero and plain. ... The wings were lightly seasoned, barely a toss in any seasoning and dry. When I inquired (Jon) worker said that management haschanged process and quantity of seasoning product being used because of worker waste. So, customers get dry season lessproduct; try your luck at another location or ask for additional sauce upfront. I can?t recommend this location, S N hwy 6 andWest Little York better.
