I spent $15 dollars tonight at wingstop and it was 10:58pm Sunday and I couldn?t even use the restroom because they finished... cleaning it, ok understandable but it?s only 11pm and the place doesn?t close for another hour, come on now I know you guys aretrying to get out of there early, but not when a customer spends $15 dollars and can?t even use the restroom????????????? Waited a whole hour for my order even though I had already ordered ahead over the phone. I watched at least 4 people come in... after me, place their order right there, get their food and left. They charged me an extra $1.50 for dip with my combo the timebefore this?!?!? This place needs better people. Read more
First two visits were great got my order tonight from door dash and my ranch is spilled the other container was half full by the... way I paid for both the fries were old soggy and cold my wings had no sauce at all received my order late as well. Then call tocomplain and the girl says I can get food resent but I need to bring it back first off, i did door dash for a reason to beginwith. I told her I threw it in trash and furthermore I can send pics of how my order came and then I stated y?all can resend itI?m not paying to do this again. If i can give them 0 stars that will be great, I'm just disgusted on the way they work, when I just walk in the lady at the... register was chewing gum like a cow while she was taking my order. Then I noticed none of them were wearing hairnet, and thistwo ladies at the register were touching money, the screens on their phones, and the computers without gloves and then startedtouching the food without washing their hands or at least wearing a pair of gloves. And also were walking in and out from thekitchen without any hairnet and they had really long hair . all of them were wearing either pearcings, big earrings, bracelets, earphones. And also none of them were wearing gloves , not even washing their hands. Health Department guidelinesits just a joke for all of them. Read more
