I will never go back. I placed my order online at 2:48 p.m. after I place my order it said my food will be ready in 20 to 25... minutes. I showed up a 25 minutes, went to the counter and the lady asked for my main and she looked kind of puzzled because shedid not see my food there. So she goes to the back where they're making the wings and sees that my ticket is not there. Then shegoes to the computer, reprints it out and says that it will take another 20 minutes for my order to be ready. Needless to saythere were already people waiting there for a very long time for their orders. All the girls were doing was just talking in theback. Really not doing much and the order is a war backing up. I expressed that the lady in front that had placed my order at2:48 and she told me that my time starts at 3:10 doesn't make sense. Once when a customer went up to the window and asked abouthis order and was talking to me, I'm assuming the manager. I'm not sure about his order and how long it's been taken for themafter he left she was making fun of him. This Wingstop needs a complete new staff and needs a lot of training on their staff.Next time I will be going to wolfies where they are a lot faster and a lot friendlier and have your order ready on time. Horrible customer service. If I could give them 0 stars, I would?ve. Over 2 hour wait time. Employees lack customer service and... need training. Did not greet you or even try to assist. The whole soda machine is broken, yet they charge for the soda! The bunson the bread were hard as bricks, food was cold after waiting for over 30 mins. Other customers waited for over 2 hours. Employees came in to work their shift and did not wash their hands nor wear gloves. Read more

I been waiting for over a hour now. Cashier finally came up to me a told me they are working on 100 piece order. Bruh?.a hour... later? On top of that this location charge me a extra $1.50 to change my order to all flats. This is ridiculous. Still haven?treceived my order yet and I bet they not gonna offer me any coupon for my next visit. I will never come back to location again. Read more

No Hi-C Orange, request to have the machine refilled, associate advised me it would be a looonng time ???????????????? (just... the way she said it). Quite a few of the offered drink flavors were unavailable. I was forced to choose a different flavordrink. As I was leaving the associate comes out of the back of the restaurant with a single box, however, I had chosen a cokeand was exiting the restaurant. She didn't even attempt to make the switch at my request. Not really great customer service,when I'm spending between 14.00 and 20.00 a visit. Patrons can always choose to spend their HARD EARNED DOLLARS elsewhere. ButI'm just one person and so it may not matter, but a squeaking wheel gets noticed!!! Read more

Slow, lazy, and rude. I ordered and paid online. When I showed up in 20 minutes to pick it up they said they were working on it.... After 45 minutes I asked what the hold up was and they told me I didn't order from their location. Luckily I took a screenshotof the order and showed them I did. Then they found the order and finally sent it to the kitchen. They never even apologized.They didn't care they just wasted over an hour of my time. Be ready for this location to not give ALL of your food you paid for. Called the location to notify them, I leave my number for... a ?credit?. Ask will my number stay valid the male employee on the phone says yes. I call the on duty manager for today & shestates my phone number is no where in the system. Not only can they not get your order right they can?t even reassure you aboutthe credit. Maybe hire employees and managers that?ll actually work for their job ???? & not shortchange customers.
