Dear Wing Stop, Let me be real clear about what I'm about to say. Everyone in this area that shop at this location. Is not small... minded folks,ok! I should not have to give my debit card or credit information. To place an over the phone order. With all thescamming going on. No one feel safe enough to do that. But you continue to inconvenience the customers. We should be able tocall 20 minutes ahead to place an order to go. And it actually be ready when we get there. Because not allowing the community toplace orders over the phone without giving up private information. Takes away so much time!!! Read more
They always tell me the wait for my order is 20 minutes, end up wanting about 40 minutes. It's been several times I try to place... an order over rthe phone, they always ask of I mind paying over the phone. I tell them I only have cash, so they can't place myorder. Just say your only taking over the phone payments other than making it sound like an option. Asked for seasoned fries,and they gave me regular, I was charged for seasoned fries just to get basic, smh. Food was warm and good though. Ordered halfbuffalo and half lemon pepper on a 12 pc meal, they literally gave me buffalo with lemon pepper season, smh. They always messupmu order, I'm just tired of having to drive back to fix my order all the time. Terrible management, cause that's where theroot of the issue starts. Read more
The place was nice and clean . The cashier Hoppy was nice and friendly. Food was hot and fresh .
I would not recommend this location. You?re better off going somewhere else. Only been here twice both times no ice, no coke,... messed up order, had to wait 15 minutes for the soda machine to reset. Customer service not there. Read more
Placed a order online with Wingstop...do not ask for delivery. You will not receive your orders. Doordash and Uber drivers... are taking your orders...and marking them as complete in their system. Hence we the patron never receiving our orders. Lasttime I checked, if you take something that doesn't belong to you....that's stealing. Where is the accountability?? Read more
I wish I could give no stars. They basically stole from me. I asked for a refund on drinks since the machine was down and the... ugly darkskinned manager with the big lips and bald fade said they couldn?t give us a refund at all on the drinks since thedrinks come with the meal I would have to either take food with no drink or nothing at all and wait 7 days for a manager toreach out to the corporate team to refund me literally $5 worth of drinks!!!! We asked for the bottle lemonade and that?s whenthe skinny light skin manager who was also screaming through the store ? I?m off the clock so find a real manager cause I?m notdealing with them!? Absolutely ghetto and Horrible experience. All of them look like they food taste! Don?t go here at alll goto the one 10 mins away on pin oak where the employees are kind and helpful!!!
