Placed my order at 9:30am to be ready at 12:00pm since i only get 30 minutes of lunch, i get there and my food isnt ready. I... didnt get my order till 12:23pm ???????????? some employees were outside talking, some were inside sitting down in the front,only one person cooking. never again. Read more

Listen I am not one for writing terrible reviews about the service industry, because I get it. I get that things happen so I try... to be as understanding as possible considering I worked in the food industry before (for four years) so I get it. However, afterwhat happened last night I could not just be like "that's Okay." We order online like we always do, we arrive to Wingstop andthey tell us they are out of boneless wings, but they could offer us bone in. we told the cashier it was fine we would wait. 30minutes pass and we're still waiting but we don't say anything, then a guy hands us "our order" I never check our orders becauseI trust people way too much but for some reason I did. I open it and it wasn't our order so we let them know and they're like"Oh I'm sorry yours is coming out in five minutes" we say it's not a problem so we sit down to wait, 5 minutes go by and westill haven't gotten our order. My boyfriend then goes to speak with a lady that walks past him, and she ignores him completely.I don't know about you but I was raised that if someone speaks to you, you respond regardless if you may or not have been on theclock. Eventually the manager speaks with us (I assume that was the manager) we told her we have been waiting for an hour now sowhat was taking them so long. She goes to the cooks and another woman says "she is working on our order" the manager steps outto sit back down to do whatever she was doing. Honestly as a manager you should be in the back rushing out orders if yourcustomer has already told you they have been waiting for an hour.. after the other girl told us she was working on our order weare waiting for another 30 minutes, At this point I'm mad because why am I waiting 2 hours for some wings. This has got to beone of the worst customer service I have ever received. (No Wingstop I don't want your automated "we're sorry" message, just dobetter! I should have the reviews, my experience was pretty the same. Ordered my food online said it would be 15 to 20 mins. After 1... hour the food was finally ready. The person calling the orders was speaking softly so no one could hear her and then got andattitude when asked who she's called. Will not be ordering from this location again. Should have just went and got a burger atleast the order would have been correct. Read more

The tattoo artist in the front desk needs help, because of 8m on the chiken and stains on his paper work we weighted 10m after... promised it was ready but delayed 20minutes ordered on the app. Empty restaurant, not sure if the paper was wrong he had. Veryupset when we should have been the ones took it calm and collected. But I don't recommend. Read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! All of my wings had LONG patches of feathers...I brought the food right back only to be told REFUNDS... ARE 3 TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS ONLY APPROVED BY THE GENERAL MANAGER! When I wouldn't accept that they called the police on me! NOREFUND OR FOOD! Wingstop thinks this is acceptable policy. The entire team was rude and unprofessional. The manager was sitting at the table doing nothing watching the employees also do... nothing. We stood and waited Infront of the register for someone to acknowledge us, greet us, or attend us and nobody did. Acustomer comes in behind us and the same lady we've been waiting to attend us at the register greets her and attends her. That'swhen we spoke up about why they are ignoring us but attending someone who walked in after us. The manager got up and spoke forher behalf stating that the other customer was being attended because she doesn't need to wait in line since she was picking upan order. We told her we were also picking up an order but since NOBODY acknowledged or greeted us, they didn't know how to dotheir job professionally. There's always RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL staff working at this location. Feel sorry for them because itsays a lot about management. NOT RECOMMENDED unless you want to lose your appetite dealing with rude employees who hate theirjob. Read more

I have tried to give this location many chances. I am a fan of wing stop but this location can never get it right. No matter... what time or day my order is always wrong.
