We have given this place a bunch of tries because we genuinely like the food however after this encounter we will not be... returning. Every time we've ordered we've had issues with our order and this time once again we called and expressed our issuesand they told us we could go back and get what was messed up. We get there and were then told they would not honor us the foodafter it was partially eaten (mind you we are nurses so we were trying to eat up what we could of our orders). Y'all have lost three good paying customers over 4 wings. I hope it was worth it. We spend at least 50 dollars a week at this location now wewill be spending NONE. I wish I had a positive review but I don?t, I purchased wings from this location and had to deal with food poisoning. I was sick... for two days after eating at this location. This location wasn?t the most pleasant and I should?ve stayed away based on thecustomer service. Please inspect the safety and operations of this location so no one else gets sick Read more
I tried the Korean barbecue wings and I was sold the meal combo without asking if I wanted it. I actually just wanted the wings... to try them out. Anyway, when I got the wings they were rather drowning in the sauce and the chicken itself wasn't juicy butkinda dry. The fries were OK, not great. And the house raspberry drink smelled a little weird. Service itself was decent and thestaff pleasant and nice, though the wings took 25 mins to be served (I hope that means they were fresh). What can I say?this was the best Wing Stop experience I have ever had. The customer service at this location is unparalleled and... honestly was completely unexpected. The order accuracy is almost comical. I placed 3 orders for my coworkers. One, they shorted me wings, second, they gave boneless... instead of bone in, and the third one they gave wrong flavor. Mind you the first bag they gave me and asked me to look at wassomeone else's. Good thing I didn't touch those wings. Don't waste your time. When you report issue they treat you like yourtrying to score a free wing or something. Read more
