Wife ordered online 30 piece wings for family dinner, she specified she wanted the wings and the fries with EXTRA parmesan... cheese on them. We got home Fries were BURNT with NO EXTRA PARMESAN and wings BARELY had parmesan on them. I've been to plenty of WingStops and this is the first time I've encountered an awesome experience. The young lady at the front... was super friendly and happy! She was smiling and enthusiastic! I loved that. She was sweet. 2/18/22 - This last time I cameone of the young men there told me they had no water cups and never offered any other cups, there should really be a back up tooffer people that just want water. So, in a few words, very bad experience! I ordered online, for a specific hour, got there, wasn?t ready. When I got my food,... 10minutes later went to my car and drove off. I went to get a fry, and the thing was cold and soggy, went back to the store andtold the girl that I wanted fresh fries. She gave me back my food, trusting that they would get it right this time, Didn?t checkagain. they gave me LESS than they gave me before, and hot refried fries! This is my favorite WingStop location, but this time they disappointed me. I ordered over the phone said will be ready in 18-20... mins I arrived 10 mins after I called and still waited 35 minutes for my order to be ready beside the wait time I get my orderincorrect!!!! As you can see on the receipt I order Hot Lemon Pepper and got only regular hot. Then I order lousiana rub and gotit plain flavor and very salty. Nice place. Prices are reasonable but they stopped serving beer sinc I last went. No the same having wings and no beer.
