My chicken was old or overcooked. I don't know which one. They had so much dry rub on there that I couldn't enjoy it because it... was so hot. My french fries were cold so I asked them to replace them . I think they dropped them back in the grease becausethey were very oily. The cashier was not nice and her attitude got even worse when I told her about the fries. My husband and Iuse to eat there every Friday, sometimes more ,we haven't been back since this incident . Ordered through their website. Fast preparation of order. Everything was just as ordered. Employees were busy but pleasant and... friendly. The restaurant area appeared to be clean and orderly. I order from this location on a weekly basis and usually have no complaints on the customer service. The past few times I have... been in here, my order has been wrong. The manager I have dealt with in the past has always been very patient, understanding andapologetic. A true leader who takes responsibility for himself and his team as a leader should. Then today when I receivedanother order incorrect. Half of wings were not mild like I had ordered. They were plain. They look very plain. And taste evenmore plain - 0 flavor. So, I call them. Someone named Drew gets on the phone and said he was the manager. He said I was lyingand the the wings i received were sauced because he did them himself - if you look at the picture you can clearly see they arenot mild flavored wings. He refused to give me his supervisors name and a phone number to reach them. Or even the contactinformation for the GM. He did eventual offer a $5 credit. But by that point, he had already called me a liar so I just wantedto speak to corporate or his supervisor. I ordered some food from this place and never again. Fries was not seasoned, cajun corn also not season and badly burnt, wings... was very dry. And the employees are not very polite. Steer clear of this wingstop imo. But everyone has different experience. Ithough i should mention mine. Read more
I wanted to try wingstops new chicken sandwiches and what a huge fail. The bun on both sandwiches were like cardboard. I... couldn't even bite into it. I was so upset because I was HANGRY. I rushed back to get replacement sandwiches.. it took 20-25min. Just to get 2 sandwiches. The girl with the face tattoos was super nonchalant about the matter. Now I'm no expert butworking in HR, and having common sense, I'd prioritize the upset customers order. I posted a video of the buns you can see howhard they are and, you can hear my toddler crying and fussing because I told him he couldn't eat his sandwich.
