I've given this location several opportunities to get it right and they let me down every time. Let start with the bad... attitudes. Compare that with the restroom that's always blocked off, simply bcuz nobody wants to clean it while atwork.(employee told me that), order is always made horribly and wrong. I called the wingstop location and the tempepatient and attempt to place an order and was told that I was unable to place an... order for a chicken sandwich over the phone so I will be required to place the order online online. When I attempt to place theorder online I submitted the order and received an error message and found that the website Did not place my order And mychecking account was debited for the full amount of my Order. When I called the location to advise them of my experience, theperson who answered placed on hold for over 30 minutes and no one ever came to the line. I then went to the store And thenattempt to speak with the manager And the employees make fun of me. This was a terrible customer Service experience. Themanager's name was Tony Tran. Then he dropped insult me by saying I was using a cash app card or PayPal prepaid card. 1st ofall I have credit and money so that's for People who make bad decisions in life. Read more

Had a delivery order tonight but we received the wrong flavor. We asked for garlic parm n received lemon pepper. We called and... were told we had to drive to the store n return wings. There?s a reason we ordered delivery. Manager got on phone and he accusedmy us of lying when we offered to send a picture and to exchange the wings if they re delivered the correctwings. We were then told to wait until tomorrow. Ellington your customer service is terrible, you constantly interrupted andspoke over us, you accused us of lying and not once did you apologize. Your tone of voice showed you don?t care about yourcustomers and can?t acknowledge y?all made a mistake. Y?all messed up we were not trying to steal from you, simply wanted whatwe paid for. Tony as the Owner or GM you need to read these reviews because Ellington?s name comes up more than once in a badway and there are several terrible reviews. The food is good but I?m sure Ellington and his team are causing you to losecustomers due to his poor lack of leadership skills. I would never ask someone be terminated but I think u need to look at whois helping and who is hurting your business. Read more
