IF I COULD GIVE MORE STARS I WOULD!! I went to the 5228 Aldine Mail Rt location today... I want to thank JOHNNY, CHRISTINE, AND... HATTIE so much for making this an awesome experience.. they had some old school 90's music jumping and that food was fresh, hot,seasoned, and beyond delicious!! IT WAS AN ALL AROUND AWESOME EXPERIENCE AND VIBE!! Not to mention their teamwork seemed amazingand they were very attentive to the other customers and well organized!! Extremely slow and unprofessional! They will make all of the Mexican people food first even if they came in after you and this... has happened every time I come to this location. On top of that they will not acknowledge you when you walk in you have toapproach the workers for them to ask what they can help you with. Worst ever customer service?. They are racist and proceeded to ask me so many questions due to my race. I was missing more than... half of $80order. They even gave me BURNT rolls. This is UNACCEPTABLE and RIDICULOUS. Never again will I come here. I am sodisappointed, I have been coming to this Wing Stop for years now and never experienced anything like this. Need to work on their time management. They always take forever every single time I order from here. Today I ordered my food 40... min ago and walked in asking for it, the guy at the counter was saying that the lady was finishing making the wings and said itwould only take 8 minutes. I waited another 10 minutes and asked for my food again only to find out that it still wasn?t readyAND no one was working on it. I saw people in the back talking not doing their jobs.
