This place is ghetto. All the workers are ghetto, the food doesn't be fresh it takes over an hour to get your food and the drink... machine is always down. If they get Caucasian workers I guarantee you the place will be better. But with all African Americansin there it's terrible. Read more

Worst wingstop I've ever patronized. I ordered $150 in food to be delivered. They delivered 2 of 10 orders then told me to come... pick up the rest. Terrible! To add insult, no apologies from the so called manager, just a blank stare. Terrible Terriblemanagement. Will be calling corporate. They don't deserve any stars. Read more

WORST SERVICE EVER! I WAS EMBARRASSED FOR THE HUMAN RACE. Last night I was driving for UBER and was finishing up the night just... trying to make ends meet. I love being able to give a good and fast service to the people I deliver for. I entered this WingStopand was greeted by "The girl with the fake ponytail and the 3 inch eyelashes." I stated my purpose and she asked me to sign amakeshift piece of paper with my name signature and time. As I was writing down the information she was patronizing mecondescendingly saying, now the time, now this, now that, while I am writing. Mind you I am in a suit from my other job and Idon't come across as someone who needs to be treated like that. I took a deep breath and told myself she was probably having abad day. But from all of these reviews I am reading, this isn't an isolated incident. She then fetched the orders and felt oneof them was too big? She then asked one of the cooks if he wanted her to go over the order to make sure it was right. Hedidn't seem to care either way. She then asked me to sign the receipt... I have now been here for at least 25-30 minutes goingthrough this situation. I was then told I would have to call the customer to confirm the order... I told "The girl with thefake ponytail and the 3 inch eyelashes" that I wasn't obligated to call the customer. She then told her manager or handler whowas equally useless, what I said. They had a little laugh and I then told them how I felt. I told them in a stern voice that Iam an A to B service provider and that calling a customer for anything other than their location was not part of the hand off. Ifollowed that up with this is BS! UBER agreed with me, paid me and I left. I requested to never be sent to that WingStopagain. Close the restaurant, fire all of the staff, cleanse it both physically and spiritually and start a new. I wish the flavor of this restaurant were the same than the wings stop on Spring Cypress. This restaurant could be the master... that teach other locations how to make wings. Crispy and with the perfect amount of sauce. Yummy ???? Read more

I made an online order, when I get there I'm waiting patiently for my order. The girl calls my name along with other orders that... are ready and infront of me is also a guy picking up his Mobil order, the girl looks at me and says "you need to wait" I toldher "you just called my name" so she proceeds to roll her eyes and says "are you here for Jennifer" I said "no, mines is a Mobilorder you just called for Raquel". She turns around and gives the guy infront of me his Mobil order and tells him "please checkyour food and sign the receipt so he did and went on his way, once she puts my bag on the counter she proceeds to ask me for mycard information and tells me that even though I already paid for my meal online she still needs my card info which was very oddto me since she didn't ask the guy infront of me for his card info so I ask for the manager which is VERY RUDE ASWELL.. She said" oh yeah we just started asking for the card info this week" ????. I order from wingstop online all the time and have neverbeen asked for my card info when picking up my order. Please be careful folks cause these people are not trust worthy. Ifwingstop management sees this comment I must say you need better management and better employees who don't give your customersattitudes for no reason. I will never go back to that wingstop ever again. I belive that girl was really trying to get my cardinfo for more than what she said cause it makes 0 sense to me then to have her "manager" be just as rude as her instead ofcalming the situation she was loud and irate because I didn't want them to get my card info. I ordered all FLATS and on both orders I got 2 flats per order. My lemon pepper wings were flooded with grease. My fries had... absolutely no seasoning. I politely asked for carrots and did not get 1. Worst experience I?ve ever had. I?ll just stick withWings and things. Read more

As a manager at another wingstop location I am disappointed, I came to this restaurant right when it opened and ordered a 15... piece combo at first it went well, everyone greeted me, the manager seemed like a very nice man. After I placed my order I wentback out and waited around 15 minutes, but as soon as I came back inside thats whenever things went down. I saw two people outof uniform, they were understaffed, two wingstop personnel left without making sure the crew was ok. On top of that they didn?tbegin starting my order. But I had faith because I understand how unexpected rushes tends to happen so I waited a little bitmore but when I got my food after an hour I saw my boneless drenched in lemon pepper sauce and the fries not tossed evenly norcooked properly, worse case scenario I even asked the cashier to make it dry. Whoever is the GM at this location I amdisappointed in you for not having proper care for the restaurant nor training your employees properly how to toss wings andscheduling people at the proper time. I don?t want a refund but I want changes in the restaurant in order for me to come back. Read more
