Went in around 11:30 to place 2 small orders of sandwiches and said they have no patties and immediately switched to the fryers... are shut down. Employee had a very rude and disrespectful reaction (while walking in front of me)when I said I came in to placethe order. Horrible. Rude staff. Soggy wet greasy boneless wings. 3 people returned their food while they ignored me standing there... waiting to pick up my order. When someone FINALLY acknowledged me and I gave my name she grunted at me that she had called myorder a while ago. I had been told it would be 30 minutes so I ran next door to Kroger for a few items. My food had in factbeen sitting for probably 15 min. I returned about 20 min after my order. SO in reality it took 5 minutes. Would have been greatto know ???? Read more
old buns. hard. they reheated the buns amd they were practically hard. we did not ate them.
This is my first time ordering from this location. The wings are the size of popcorn chicken.
Really good. It was our first time getting voodoo fries and we weren?t disappointed. the hot lemon pepper wings was very saucy... to where there was some sauce on the bottom. Everything was hot and fresh. Read more
My experience here was very nice and the staff was very friendly. They don't take long at all usually done within 10 minutes... even though they give you 15 minutes of courtesy. The staff does a great job with customer service and they are very nice. Thankyou the meal was delicious most importantly. Keep up the excellent customer service. Read more
UPDATE: We've been having issues at this location for awhile but it's closer than another location so we've kept coming. We just... called the "manager" Philip and then as I started reading other reviews, saw a review about Philip being a rude person at thisplace too! Pretty sure nothing will come of our phone call. So, anyway, we ordered 15 original wings... looked at them , andthey were dry , no sauce on them. Usually there's enough that sauces pool at the bottom of the container but not today. Myhusband asked if they could add a dash of sauce to the wings and the cook in the back said "no". No explanation, just "no". Gotthe manager's name and asked for cook's name... the associate at the counter said, I call him "way"... when he said it, he saidit like a derogatory slang term used in parts of Mexico Spanish.... weird. Went in around 11pm the young lady taking our order asked if it was ?for here or to go? so we said it?s for here, continues to... take our order then 30 minutes later our food comes out and as we?re taking the food out of the bag she comes rushing frombehind the counter to tell us the lobby is closed and quickly turns around before anyone could say anything. This was verydisrespectful and unprofessional, this location does not have any posted hours besides the one that says they are open untilmidnight so I could?ve argued about that but I understand it was late so I just brushed it off and ate the food out in theparking lot. We ordered the party pack so we should have gotten 24 wings but we were missing a few. I turn around at the storejust to see that their light up sign that says open till midnight was already turned off so yet again didn?t even bother. Thislocation needs some fine tuning. Read more
