Inside the storw smell was realy bad like a toilet . Cashire was good but my order took 15 minute to be ready
This location is a dice roll. Usually not in your favor. I now go more than 5 miles out of the way to go to a different location... because of how inconsistent these guys are. Our food order is either incorrect, cold, or burnt more often than not. When I getwings I prefer wingstop, but I just can?t justify essentially gambling my money that this location will get my order correct. Read more
Had Wingstop yesterday from here and I was debating whether or not to write a review. It was very depressing for what I'm used... to a Wingstop. Normally I know what to expect for Wingstop as it's not the greatest, but pretty good for quick wings. This placewas trash. The fries were under seasoned and they gave my family bits and pieces of fries. The wings were also underseasoned. Like yesterdays weather, if was very depressing and below the Wingstop standard. I wish I could give 0 stars. The worst place never going back!!! My husband and I went here for my lunch break and spent the... whole hr waiting on my food. We ordered a 10pc wing and fries and an order of voodoo fries. The fries were cold af and stale.When I called them to complain I was told I had an option to get the fries next time and her manager would send me a link but noone has sent anything smh poor poor customer service. The customer service is absolutely trash at this location. I recently put in an online order (-at 3:30-3:45 pm July 4, 2022) to... get delivered and my order never came. On top of that, I called at 4:36 pm July 4, 2022, and I was informed that the deliveryguy came back and gave my food back to the workers because he stated he couldn?t reach me but I never received a call. One girlpicked up the phone and told me that she?ll have my food processed again and yet a hour is gone and I haven?t received anythingat all. I called again at 5:20 pm July 4, 2022 and a guy picks up the phone and I ask about my order and he said he?ll look forthe order but when he put me on hold for 5 minutes he hangs up the phone. This wing stop had some of the best customer service, upon my arrival I was greeted with exceptional customer service from a... young man and to my surprise we have the same last name only by coincidence but this young man lite up the place ?? he was abreath of fresh air he went above and beyond in customer service and I applaud him Mr. Freddie Brooks. You are a truly Blessedyoung man and to my surprise I just left there and was told he's no longer there, wing stop you made a huge mistake, good foodis not the only thing customers come for the food can be awful, but the customer service can make all the difference in how yourespond. Wings are good, not great. Prices are too high for the value. I e had much better wings and fries for the same price or lower.
