I?ve never received such horrible service. Placed our order at 10:14PM for some boneless wings and fries and our order wasn?t... ready until 11:15PM and on top of all that it wasn?t even right. We were given bone in and no fries. Paid a whole $30 fornothing and that?s hard work earned money. How can they sit there and service someone food with chicken feathers still on. Those young boys are so horrible they always... just give you whatever and it doesn?t look appetizing. I loved these wings. This afternoon I spent forty dollars for three individual orders. I didn?t receive one order of fries, the... lemon pepper wings barely had any lemon pepper on them ? basically plain? the original hot are usually swimming in red sauce butthey were dry! I wouldn?t be upset if I only paid 7.99 but $40 bucks!!! There were a bunch of young guys not working, playingaround the counter is probably why my order wasn?t correct. 1st time trying this place & it was pretty good. I would definitely say they're just as good/comparable to BWW, but cheaper. And... the cajun corn is soooo good! BBQ sauce is amazing & the Hawaiian flavor was really good also. Really all of it was good. Theparmesan could of been seasoned a tad bit better. But was still alright. Read more
It's a hit or miss with this place. Some days it's very fast and clean on the inside. The employees are actually working and not... playing around. Others days it's horrible. You place an online order and it is never ready when you arrive even when you comelater than the pick up time. It may be super filthy on the inside and also the employees will be talking to each other and nocare about the customers standing in line. The food is good as hell though so I guess I'll deal with the negatives. Update: soI ordered online and gave them another chance. Never again. I work in Atascocita and did an online order to be ready in an hourjust to give me and then enough time to have it ready. Arrived at at 8:50 PM and the order was supposed to be ready at 8:40 PM. I went in and paid and then they proceeded to tell me to sit down. After waiting another 15 minutes I had to go up to thecounter and remind them that I placed an order online and it was supposed to be ready at a certain time. They looked at me, wentback to pick up the order and handed it to me without any type of apology. It was ready ever since I got there and they didn'teven take the time to look and let me know.
