Horrible customer service! Our order was missing items and they argued with us over it. I ordered 4 combos snd the just grouped... like items together then argued when it was incomplete. This location needs new staff and better service. Read more
Wow what a shame . Food was so horrible and disgusting . Fries were so dry and hard . Like man and then the wings were not even... cooked all the way through . Tasted like rubber . $15 for 10 piece combo . What a waist . Never going back to that location .The one wingstop I never had a problem with is the location on 45 and little York . Came in 25 mins before closing 11:35 pm with my daughters and that face tatted cashier lady says? nope ween taking no mo orders... ? I understand closing duties but that?s very unprofessional especially when the sign in the picture says ?open till MIDNIGHT ?never again !!! @wingstop do better !! Read more

Only 2 people working (cashier and cook)while the rest sits to eat taco bell and be loud. I had to repeat myself constantly to... the cashier because of the loudness of these folks. To top it off it was a good 30 min wait. ???? Read more
My experience today 02/02/2020 at wing stop at northline commons was excellent. I placed my order on line and i was told it... would be ready in 20 minutes and it was ready in 20 minutes. I arrived to wingstop and it was packed but not once did anyoneshow frustration or was any one rude. I received my order which was a 75 wing pack and i received everything not 1 thing wasmissing. When i got hme and i took my food out the presentation of my food was awesome. I cant belive that they had the time toplace my wings on a aluminum tray and seperate my wings by flavor...and i say that i cant belive it cause i know they where busyas heck since it was super bowl sunday. I just want to say that im beyond pleased and i want to note that the cooks and the restof the personel did a heck of a job. My food was cooked to perfection great taste great flavor and prepared well. This review isbased on my experience and of the great service i received...so for that reason i give this wing stop at northline commons 5stars. I recommend this location to everyone. Ordered a delivery via the WingStop app, restaurant forgot to include a large order of fries in the bag. Delivery was apparently... fulfilled by DoorDash. I called the restaurant and the manager was unable or unwilling to send my missing fries to my house andsaid I must contact DoorDash directly (this is before he hung up on me when I told him I didn?t give a sh? who delivered theorder, I placed the order through the WingStop app, and therefore it is their obligation to correct any mistakes). I thenreached out to my DoorDash driver, who can speak absolutely no English and is therefore of no help. I then contact DoorDashcustomer service, who transfers me to WingStop customer service. After an hour on the phone, I might actually get a refundsomeday! But I won?t get my fries tonight. Bottom line, if you?re ordering through the app, don?t order from this restaurant.You?ll likely not receive something you ordered, and store management is either too stupid to correct the situation or justplain unwilling.
