I wish I could give 0 stars, they messed up my order and didn't give me the full order, I called for a credit they said only for... 3 days.. I stopped at this location last Saturday night to eat with my mother. My mother, 73 years old, asked to sit in instead of... getting the food to go. I told the cashier that we would be dining in, he said that we could only choose from the first twotables (one of which was occupied) because the other tables were closed. I explained to him that the first table was directly inthe area of the busy drink machine and the register. I explained that we would clean our table before leaving but my motherpreferred to sit ONE table back. After three attempts of asking for this request, he wouldn?t budge and kept insisting that thedining area was closed. I looked on the door, i looked online, and I looked at the website and NOTHING said that there waslimited seating in the dining room. I felt that I was not treated with fairness as a customer. In business, you can?t make uprules as you go for your convenience and the customer?s inconvenience. Wingstop lost a customer that night over a simple requestthat could?ve been simply granted. It is disheartening to see the lack of compassion that the restaurants have for customers andbusinesses wonder why they are suffering. Just went here and Alex the person at register was very rude when I told him they forgot my drink last time I came. I also... requested a flavor mix with lemon pepper and garlic and he said they no longer can do it even tho they did it the week b4. Wasreally rude and made my experience very upsetting. I ordered and extra side of lemon pepper and it was not in my bag as well.Work ok your customer service skills as I eat wingstop maybe twice a week. Read more
