Ok there are 2 Wingstops at equal distance away from my home. 1. 5502 N Fry Rd F, Katy, TX 77449 2. This one above on... HWY6 There is a distinct difference between these two locations. First the one on HWY6 never disappoints and they always havesmoke coming from the kitchen. Meaning they are cooking some things up. This can not be said about the one on Fry Rd. The oneof Fry Rd messes up our fries 90% of the time. Anyways let me get to the point, these new chicken sandwiches take the blueribbon award at the city fair this year. The bread is amazing and the chicken itself is so tender. AND! You get to choose yourfavorite sauce. Along with those fries.....speechless Currently I have tried the following flavors: 1. I ordered from here tonight for the first time in about a year. We never had a problem with this location, just got out of the... habit of eating takeout during the pandemic. Tonight we had wet paint in our kitchen so cooking wasn?t an option. I am so gladwe chose Wingstop! The food was absolutely delicious. We generally get wings and fries, but added lemon pepper tenders forsomething different and they were SO good! Website said the order would be ready in 16-21 minutes and I turned up right roundthat time frame and it was ready. And the girl that served me was very sweet and friendly and handed me my order with a bigsmile. I will be back, and won?t be waiting until we paint the kitchen again. Read more
Had a really big order, they forgot all my wings. Food i did get was cold so i went back to get my missing items and get my... order remade since that only seems fair. Ordered online and when I pickup my order it was color and overcooked. I was surprised that my order was ever ready, because I... just did the order. When I ask for the order to be redone with fresh chicken, the young and older cook just took my order anddipped it back in the grease? hard chicken bites. When I complained again I actually wanted a refund, but it would have taken2-4 days for a refund. So the assistant manager mad sure the order was done correctly the 3 rd time. I absolutely hate this location!! The workers are so lazy!! Everytime I go in and asked for fresh fries everytime and end with... this junk! It?s always 19 employees sitting around but never see no food actually being cooked!! How hard is it to drop somefries!!! How hard js it to meet the customers request! I don?t like soggy, burned, floppy fries! I?ll never never go back tothis location! I?m over it! I?d advise you not to go either! Was welcomed to store but the store looked so dead and tables and chairs put up. It had no appearance to buy a beer and wait for... food. Got combo with loaded fries. Fries were good. Wings bone out mild and bone in bbq with filled with grease. Like drainplease. Look a cup of oil in my box. This was not good to have so much grease on flavored wings. It made me sick that night.Can't recommend some one here until I see some changes. Read more
Gave me undercooked chicken & the wrong side (fries instead of corn) when I called to get it corrected Eduardo took my name and... my order details and said my order would be ready in 15 minutes. My husband went to pick up our order and was hassled andinsulted and told they couldn?t give ?free food? but we had already paid the night before. I called after the fact and was hungup on, put on hold call forwarded at least 10 times when all I was asking for was a managers name.
