I was once a very loyal Wingstop customer but lately the food quality has been decreasing. And my most recent experience at this... location is the exact reason why I have moved on from eating any type of wings from any business establishment. The wings nowcome very dry with now flavor and very gummy texture. Please fire your staff, clean your cooking equipment and stop reusing thesame cooking oil. I've visited this particular wing stop often because I live near... however this time I walked in a young lady, at the counter... with a blonde wig or weave, did not greet me nor the gentleman that came in behind me. When I spoke first " hello how are you"her response was I'll be right with you. Noticing she had her earpods in and continued her conversation on the phone and itsounded like a personal call. So I let the manager know that as a suggestion from a customer "myself" I think her staff neededmore training on how to make customers feel welcome. If she can't help a customer while counting money from the draw... why isshe on her phone taking personal calls whole counting the draw... WING STOP DO BETTER WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE ???? because it'svery tacky that your employee at the counter doesn't welcome of greet customers that walk into your doors. Hawaiian wings were horrible. Korean spicy wings were pretty good. Too much of fries. We waited way too long to get our food.
The boneless wings are a little too salty...it was my second time trying and same thing...saaallllttttyyyy!!! The service is... great. The employees are nice, and the bone in(which I normally get) is not as salty. If I do decide to go, I will have to gowith bone in. Read more
