My order took longer than expected. Over twenty minutes, and two other customers that walked in after I did received the orders... before myself. I finally asked a manager about my order. He looked at my tent tag, and said, "Oh yes." Bought it out in a matterof seconds. The burger was cold. He offered a new burger. It came out to me in two minutes.???? Picked up curbside that took a while. I checked my order and was missing an order of small fry. Went inside and had to wait all... over again a while. Came home my toasted buns weren?t toasted they were burnt. My #13 was missing the gravy as well. I had nostraws and no ketchup. Seen 3 other customers orders that were served incorrect as well. Came in and got a bleu cheese burger it was really good and the wait wasn?t long at all. Really love going to this location for... their breakfast biscuits before work every morning. Hope everyone working here is treated well and paid decent for the workbecause when I went in there was a fellow customer raising up a ruckus because their card was declined and was berating thestaff member. I?ve done takeout here several times over the past 5 months. I usually do takeout because the dining room is usually packed. The... service is excellent. My usual cashier Mel does a great job each time! She is very helpful and friendly! The burgers areexcellent and the chicken bites are good too! The creamy jalepeno ranch sauce goes great with the chicken bites! Highlyrecommend this location especially since this is one of the newest Whataburger locations in the Houston area. Read more
This place it's nice from inside, looks very clean and safe,lots of parking spots with 2 drive thru for faster services I... normally take food to go but I was curious about inside and give it a try with Family. Few months before the burger king wasbusy, no anymore ppl love this place bc it's new and they provided a good service and the orders always are correct with all theingredients and condiments. Inside is the problem missing food and all my order fries burned I told the same person who make theorder for me and she just take my receipt and walk away few minutes later they just bring me a party that was missing in myburger. Don't get me wrong, what-a-burger is a favorite of mine. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and a spicy chicken sandwich with a... DR P shake and a Diet Dr. P. (Could ease up on the amount of ice used) Both pieces of meat were about 5oz, quite small for thebun. I asked for ketchup for both orders and received ONLY one packet. Same goes for the napkins. Only received 1 napkin permeal but yet can wrap the sandwichs in 3 or 4 piece of parchment paper. Service was great from the cashier Angle. The serverand car drop person seeemed a bit overwhelmed. I like this Whataburger because it's always busy and have 2 windows so it's very easy to order and get your food. Whataburger... always takes an extra couple of minutes, but it's totally worth it because it's actually good, 100% ground Angus beef, made toorder. Read more
