I?m a pretty big Whataburger fan. And as we all know, sometimes they aren?t all the same in quality and speed. This location... does a pretty good job with having your order hot, accurate (more often than not) and relatively quickly. Lines here seem tomove faster than at some other locations. I order half sweet and half unsweetened tea but I got a very sweet tea, the fries are burnt and salty. I hate it when they tell... you to move up from to the line so they can take the next persons order because that?s when they messed up your order. Ispecifically ask before I was move, for a few of spicy ketchup if it?s ok, cashier told me yes. guess how many ketchup I getafter I specifically ask for it? 1. Mind you I have two meal orders and you can?t go back to the line because there are 10 cars, nor knock on the door because the inside dine in is close. You tried calling but no one would answer. Not too bad, several of the employees seemed to be very friendly. Food was brought to my table customized as requested. Food... was fresh and hot. My only real complaint about my visit was that when I was placing my order I had to remember the extras thatI wanted. No Upselling, a lot of people may appreciate only given what they remember to order or customize. For example, Ilike my hamburgers with a slice of cheese with each patty. No Pickels!!! EXTRA ONIONS ???????? A lot of times they don't ask ifyou want cheese. Would you like to upside that order?(whata size it? @ Whataburger) As was the case this time. Absolutely awful. Would give 0 stars if possible. Sat in the drive thru for 45 min and didn't get our large fries. That's fine... but when the burgers we ordered weren't even in the bag it was a completely different order. Not worth the $22. Read more
The place is usually clean and the employees are friendly. Also during the lunch period, they are always doing their hardest to... make sure all the order go out. Their managers are really nice and their OP does a great job. Thanks for the great job! Read more
Ordering online at this location is not anyways good. Several times my order was not ready even 10 min after the allotted time.... I like to pick up my order inside because I figured it was less time waiting. Nope!.. still always have to wait another 10-15min... I understand if it was busy but I never go during this extra busy times. Read more

Being a Friday night, I know its busy, but it shouldn't take 26-27 minutes to get a take out order. I almost left with out my... order as I was going to be late for work. My wife asked for a refund when she finally got our order. There was only one or twopeople ahead of me in lobby. In the end, I didn't eat, as I had to clock in. On the bright side my two dogs got a wonderfulburger treat! Read more
