Sloppy service, and they don't appear to be short on help. --bringing meals without napkins, condiments --Forgetting the stuff... you ask for (twice) --running out of drink cups at the register --full trash bins --tall stacks of dirty trays I can goon... They are starting to act just like the location on Antoine... slow & incompetent. Lots of bodies but no real action. The food is... good, but the service is questionable. & their mobile ordering is pointless, altogether. If you aren't going to make my PAID INFULL order until I come, then I may as well order it in person. Time is money & I'm not trying to waste it with you all. Read more

definitely in this location they need to hire more staff and train them more for customer service. I wait for my order for 28... minutes and when I asked how long it would take, the response of one of the employees was that we don't have many orders and I'mjust a cashier or I know how long it will take, it's supposed to be a fast food restaurant Read more

This location seems to completely ignore mobile orders until you actually get there. I'm a truck driver and I get to come home... for a very short period of time sometimes, so mobile ordering was super convenient. I could just order ahead of time and grab itand go when I get there. Not here. I've ordered 20 minutes ahead of time in some instances and it didn't make a difference, Istill had to wait the same amount of time as if I'd ordered it at the counter. Wish I could hive 0 star review! This place usually has great customer service but today was not the case. Made order in drive... thru bit by the time I make it home order is wrong. So I call back and the individual who answers never apologized just statedthey did my order and I must be wrong and I'm calling for a cinnamon roll just for the hell of it. Never took responsibilityjust stated bring receipt to get my cinnamon roll. Why oh why do you work here if you hate it life is to short to be in a placethat does not fit you. Just as expected. Food is delicious, when they get it right. 9 out of 10 times, my order is incorrect. I should know better by... now to check my food before driving away. How is it possible to put a kid's meal without the actual meal? Just fries? The cartonwithout the chicken strips? Is this on purpose? Like, HOW?! It can't be that difficult, is it? Food is so good at whataburger!But service is definitely 100% better at any other fast food restaurant. It sucks but it's true. Soo disappointed. Driving backto pick up the rest of the order???????? Fries wasn't hot as usual, burger tasted like they cooked too many ahead and didn't sell them all. Not as much seasoning they... use to out on. Needs to work on hot and freshness. Employees need to use inside voices. Read more

I just want to say thank you to the Manager of this whataburger. When I ordered my food there was a slight miscommunication... which I am partly to blame. I should have been more clear but I digress when when I went up to the counter to let them know Iwas met with such excellent cover customer service and professionalism from the manager and the employee who took my order. Theywere very apologetic and could see how that mistake could be made. Not only did she offer to remake it but also offered me afull refund mind you I had ordered more than just that one item which I was taken aback and said that a full refund was totallyunnecessary because the rest of the order was just fine but when I waited for them to make my order for the item which took oneminute I was handed a receipt with a full refund. This is the reason I am writing this review. The rest of my order wasexcellent and delicious as well as the food was prepared in the way it looks in the pictures and maybe even slightly better. Therestaurant is extremely clean the staff is so polite they all have Smiles on their faces when I looked around the room it wasmorning time and I saw a group of older gentleman sitting and chatting and having a good time drinking their coffee and eatingtheir breakfast so I will definitely be coming back even though there's a couple of other Whataburgers closer to my house. Thankyou for providing such a relaxing and easy going environment in a fast food restaurant. Thank you to the female manager thattook care of me that morning and to the wonderful staff that made my order I'm sorry I can't remember the manager's name but I'msure the Whataburger higher-ups we'll figure it out and hopefully give her a raise or something.
