The staff is courteous, welcoming, and very efficient. I would normally not go during lunch hour, due to the crowds, but... today's visit was a positive experience. TERRIBLE WAIT TIMES. Seriously emergency rooms are faster than this place. There's at least 8 employees and only 2 of them are... working the others are sitting at the dining room tables. Do yourself a favor and do not come to this water Burger. I regret itevery time. Hit yourself in the toe with a hammer is a much better idea. Or go to a different water Burger. Took over an hourthe order was wrong and I got cussed at by the manager. Read more
Don?t bother using their mobile app. No one in that restaurant knows how to use it. Placed the order for curbside and 45 minutes... nothing. Decided to go in and good grief 10 people in the main dining room all waiting for their orders when I asked for minethey didn?t have it ready. I was already running late to go back to work I asked to have my money returned because guess whatthey charged me the moment I checked in. No one knew how to process a refund the answer they gave me was you need to cancel onthe app well I can?t because they had already marked the order complete when I said this I was told well you don?t need to getan attitude with me! My attitude came from the fact that we use the mobile app so we can get in and out and not miss our wholelunch break . I would love to say that this was just a one off but the last time I went there in April same scenario mobile apporder never was made even thought they have a Tv on the left corner that shows us all who is next and how long they have beenwaiting. The first time I went to this location it was wonderful. Every since, it's been down hill. Twice I went back because my order... was wrong and it was still wrong when I went back home. I went yesterday with a coupon for a free burger with the purchase offries and drink. I asked if I could get the bun toasted, meat well done, mustard and mayo and extra onions for the burger andsubstitute the fries for onion rings and get a medium shake for the drink. The total was over 6$ which I thought was high. WhenI got home the burger had 3 meats and no onions. I guess the extra charge was for the 2 meat patties I didn't ask for. Smh Read more
Burger was flat and sad looking. Sprinkle of lettuce. Couldn't taste the beef patty hardly if at all. Was more bun than burger.... I'm now reminded why I stopped going to Whataburgers. They just don't make a good, wholesome, fluffy hamburger. My desire for ahearty , thick, fluffy hamburger now remains unfulfilled. 4/1/2022 I went again today. Took a chance. Hoped for a big, fluffyburger. I mean I ordered it all the way, plus added jalapenos. Sadly, I got another flat sad burger. I don't know. Is it justme. It seems there was a time when a burger was thick and fluffy with a nice layer of lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, jalapenos.Where have those days gone? ???? 5/18/2020 Burger still mostly bun, with a couple little pieces of lettuce falling out. Wonderful employees and customer service we're very helpful. The Patty Melt was delicious, tasty and fast made! The restaurant... was clean even though it was medium sized packed with people when i went this afternoon! I especially like the cashier Damariswho seemed to love there job and went above and beyond helping me pay with a gift card i was having trouble using! Read more

On 11/30/2022, I visited the whataburger location (3636 N Main St, Houston, Texas 77009) At 9:07 pm, I ordered a cobbsalad with whatachicken, ranch dressing and a medium red drink. I am attaching what they gave me. The picture attached had noshredded cheese, no bacon or grated carrots. Below is the salad I received (lettuce, tomato, egg, whatachicken) This isunacceptable.
