Great place, love the food, employees were great, lobby a bit dirty but probably was like that because it was busy for a bit.

Been coming here for years, I never eat inside so it's always just drive thru. Sometimes it can get fairly backed up but usually... you won't have to wait more than 15-20mins for them to knock a line out. 95% of the time they get my order right, occasionallynot giving me ketchup or getting a small detail of the order wrong but isn't usually a big deal. I feel like they were slightlybetter before the company changed hands but it's still mostly the same. Can't go wrong with anything you order on the menu. Read more

Poor service, I have given this place many chances. I literally had to wait in line for 30 minutes and it was only one car... Infront of me. When I get to the window to pay I had to wait another 5 minutes because the lady was on the phone. I don't evenknow why I waited in line that long. Half of the cars behind me even left because it took so long. I love this place but thislocation needs better workers and speed things up. It's called fast food not slow food. I could have cooked a whole meal all thetime I waited. Even if they had to cook the food to make it fresh they should have said something. This is just not right. Read more

It?s 6:30 am and I and two other gentlemen, one who expressed he woke up out of his sleep to come this early, arrived at the... lobby that is supposed to be open at 6:00am and were turned away. The workers looked at me through the door and ignored until Iknocked incessantly. The manager finally came to the door and expressed that she couldn?t open the lobby until she had enoughworkers. I needed to use the restroom, she still declined saying there weren?t enough workers for her to open the door. Peeingand food are unrelated unless someone was needed to monitor me. Never in this part of town so I won?t be dealing with this againbut just poor customer service and understanding as a human being. Read more

you tell me whats wrong with this picture... always check your bag here, employees give little bit of quality to there work, due... to lack of leadership remodel. and DIDNT want to run out of fries, this is not quality. lets just hope they are following parand holding time, oh and the Serv Safe temp is not there.. Way more than portion control on onions.maybe because the cook isflipping burgers(touches handle with grease) than grabs buns, then opens the meat holding station... CROSS contamination. ....
