I was in the line for 20+ mins at 6:30 PM on a Friday. There weren't that many cars. Line was moving slow but I accepted that.... Got to the window to pay and he said they didn't have my order. My order was prepared properly. I paid for cheese and didn?t receive it. Then the manager proceeded to tell me look between the... meat patties. Wow! This whataburger is right off of the freeway so it's busy most of the time. The inside was nice and tidy and clean. The inside... was much faster than the drive thru. I ordered a egg and cheese jalapeño biscuit but it was not as fresh as it should havebeen. Read more
When in Houston you can't go wrong by choosing Whataburger at this location for breakfast, lunch, dinner and midnight snacks. I... eat breakfast one day and took my family the following day for lunch. They have a great selection from tacos to Pattie meltsdifferent price ranges. Service from management to labor second to none. Now for some constructive criticism. Your parking issuper small for such a business location. If you are going to dine in only 20 parking spaces are available. That's it other thanparking everything else is great with this Whataburger I would come back to this store. I ordered via app and my order was ready at the time I arrived however the person distributing orders was on slow mode. The guy... running the show was just standing around and gave me drink right away and had me wait on my order. After about 4 minutes, Iasked him to help the lady fetch my order.
