I was in the line for 20+ mins at 6:30 PM on a Friday. There weren't that many cars. Line was moving slow but I accepted that.... Got to the window to pay and he said they didn't have my order. I ordered via app and my order was ready at the time I arrived however the person distributing orders was on slow mode.
