I just ate here for lunch. I went thrifty the drive through and ordered a sweet and spicy bacon burger combo with a sweet tea no... ice. The cashier who took my order and passed my food back to me (edward) was quick and nice. However, he did not pay attentionto detail so I ended up with a large sweet tea with ice. Sweet tea is life so that bummed me out. I don't want my tea gettingwatered down before I get to finish it. But otherwise, my food was hot, fresh and on point! There was plenty of parking, twodrive through lanes and there wasn't a long line. Only 3 cars were in front of me in line a and nobody was in line b. Sooverall, good experience and will be back! Whataburger has become a crapshot experience, consistently inconsistent. Dine in takes a backseat to drive through, cold fries... ,burger ingredients not consistent, early morning crews tend to be more in line with the core Whataburger standards .No sweettea or it tastes like it's old. No gravy No toast with chicken strips . Drive through don't get your cookie ,or drink,or apples,No condiments, No napkins. Just depends on Mgt and Crew at that time . For my first time eating at this location I am very disappointed ?. I ordered a number 2 with a large onions rings . My onions... rings were cold and soggy , my burger was just made sloppy . I asked for extra onion and it?s like whoever made my burgerslapped a hand full of onion on my burger the old cold bacon didn?t make it any better ? I?ll never come to this location again. Read more

Food is always great at Whataburger. I honestly can't remember ever having a bad experience with my order. I've had almost... everything on their menu and it is all very good. Just know going in, you will have to wait because they cook everything fresh.When we visited, the guy at the counter could have used some help. It was the lunch rush and the line was almost out the door.They only had one register open, so we ended up waiting for 18 minutes just to get our order taken (yes, I time my waiting). Igive this review 4 stars because I know what I'm getting into when I eat at Whataburger. The drive through is equal to thedining in as far as wait time. When a place is good, you're going to experience wait times. One suggestion for the managers:help your employees out and open another register. I felt really bad for the guy, but he handled it very well. Restaurant wasclean and service was good outside of the wait. Read more
