The food was good, but it took 20 minutes to get our order, which was nothing complicated. We ordered two hamburgers and two... drinks, which we had already gotten ourselves. I don't know if they are terribly understaffed or what the problem was. There washardly anyone inside when we got there, but there was a brisk drive-through business. Read more

Who ever worker yesterday 10/09/22 around 8pm y?all did a fantastic job shitt my lettuce was fresh the fries and meat was not... salty right amount of mustard. Took 40 min in drive thru and when we finally got our food it was cold. The fries weren?t even a little warm. I will say they... have the best diet dr. Pepper in town. Read more

I?m not a review writer but feel like I need to spread the word. This is the WORST Whataburger I?ve ever been to. It?s the... closest to my home which is the only reason I have ever returned. After years of terrible waits, messed up orders and evenfinding a piece of a latex glove (!!) in my food, I somehow kept coming back. Tonight was the last straw. After repeating myorder several times in the drive thru, it was still incorrect. When I noted the receipt showed the wrong thing and requested itbe fixed the woman looked me dead in the eye and said ?Well your burger has already been made? while shoving the bag of food atme. I then asked her to confirm the rest of the order was correct and she said yes. Get home and everything was wrong. I can?tbelieve how rude these workers are to customers, especially after waiting for 30 - 40 minutes. I will say there are two verylovely employees who work in the mornings on the weekend, a younger man and a sweet woman who always has fancy nail polish (wishI knew their names). They are the only good thing about this location. Do yourself a favor and go to the location at I-10 andGessner. Read more

This location is consistently horrible. I keep going in hopes that for once they will not give me re fried stale fries, forget... something, or not take 45 minutes to an hour to go through through the drive through, as it is the whataburger that is closestto my residence. I am disappointed every single time. Most of the staff I?ve encountered have horrible attitudes and are juststanding around when there is a massive line, there is no sense of haste or good customer service. Go to the whataburger off i10and gessner if you want better service and quality. Read more
