Everything was amazing just don't be out of coffee. I ordered through the app and walked over to pick up my order to find out... they didn't have coffee. Then had the option to get a refund but only through the app. The workers and manager didn't help withme with the refund through the app process. Had no other choice but to get orange juice. Despite the fact that I'm literally a 3 minute drive from the nearest Whataburger from my home, I have decided to make this one... my go to. The staff is friendly, the manager took the time to come ask us how our food was. The lobby and the restrooms werealso very clean. Keep up the good work! Super slow staff.... got an order to pick up some food here and drove 10 min to get here... when I arrived they hadn't even... started making the food yet. Worst part was they were empty ( not busy at all) . Nothing but kids working here maybe thats whythey don't really care and take they're sweet time. Avoiding this location for sure next time. 25 min later I ask if they aremaking the food even though the guy told me it was coming when I got here and he asks me again what my order was meaning, theyhad totally forgot about it. A year later no better. If you are going to stay open late at least serve fresh food (fries and taquitos) Stopped by to try the... new Pico Burger. Too bad the service isn?t as good as the burger. Beware about ordering on the app. They may give your food awayor just not be able to find it Read more
I was a paying customer order whatacatch sandwich and gave me wilted and rotten lettus and as if I was trying to fetch a free... meal. It was disgusting... Unacceptable. They asked me to pull forward for 2 meals and I asked how long the wait time would be and a person from the back... asked and took my receipt and went to the back. While she gave me my food I asked for ketchup and the lady didn?t even make eyecontact with me and closed the door and looked away. This is how one of the burgers looked. When looking in, very dirty. The last three times I had been there they always forget something. the last time make me wait for 25 minutes for chiken meals... and forgot a order a fries the hamburger look bad. Read more
