The classic "we can't make shakes right now bc it's dark outside". Should've left them since the main purpose of the trip was... for a Dr pepper shake. The white gravy that I received was not gravy. Off colored water is more accurate. People that work herehave attitudes that suck and it reflects on the food they serve. Read more
I love whataburger but this place just gives it a bad name. Came here for lunch on the go from work and ordered at 4:52 PM. We... got our food 16 minutes after when we asked about our food and the cash register girl went to the back and asked the cook and hehad to go through the receipts because he erased our order to make their time look better. I live in the area and this what-a-burger isn?t what it used to be maybe less than a year ago!! It now has the worst, I mean... absolutely the worst service of any whataburger near my area. To begin with the drive-thru goes nowhere, I have waited forever Imean 30+ minutes but I was so hungry.. and not to mention how the quality of the food has dropped. If I was the owner I wouldclean house or sell or shut it down.please hire new management and a new crew!! Or my family and friends will go elsewhere. This Whataburger location's food is just ok. The meat is not as seasoned as in some other locations. That alone would give it... three stars. What brought it down to one star was the wait. My wife wait 30+ minutes because i believe they were understaffed. Read more
