I ate this while very angry just because I was hungry. Waited patiently for our food and finally got it and my patty melt had... grilled onions and the bread was smashed and all messed up. This is supposed to be texas toast and look how flat it is. Husbandasked for and payed for grilled onions and he didn't get it on his. Onion rings were burnt and that is the main reason why wewaited so long. Them my coke taste like they started to put one flavor coke and realized it was wrong and then added coke. Has aweird taste. Im not sure about the negative reviews here, but this is among the best Whataburgers in Houston area. Yes, the staff will take... their time making your meals which may result in 10 minute waits, but its worth it because everything comes out very fresh andon point as you ordered. My only complaint is something that they can't control and that was getting rid of the New SouthernBacon Chicken Sandwiches which were my FAVORITE thing to order this year Read more
Karen the black women who works the counter in the morning shift really gave me a hard time about getting a cup of ice even... though I had a whataburger cup. It's was over 80 degrees at 7:45 in the morning and I just wanted to cool down. She acted likeshe paid for the ice or me getting a cup of ice was coming out of her paycheck. Food cost comes out of the General Manager bonusat the end of the year. My good friend worked for whataburger for 16 years and I have worked for him and know about his bonus' at the end of the year and what comes outta them. Read more

This location sucks, I've placed curbside orders multiple times and every time they take about 25 minutes Longer than the... estimate. I'm able to see people pull into the drive-through order and get their food before I get my pre-ordered food. I willnot be coming back to this location this is just unacceptable. Why did they even offer curbside pick up if it's quicker to gothrough the drive-through. I've given him several opportunities to do better and they continually fail. Read more
I love this place they got some good dr.pepper shakes and strawberry's, and chocolate. The also have the trible meat trible... cheese burger with grill onions and jalapenos man it goes off the chain. You can come and enjoy with a family member or a friendfrom work. It's a friendly place and good costumer service. Come check it out you will love it. Read more
