We did an online order with curbside pickup and no one ever showed up to the curbside to give us our food. I have a broken arm... so I had to go in and get my food. Once I got in there they were just all standing around and there were a bunch of peoplewaiting for their food. I checked my food before leaving and some of it was missing The girl put it all back in the bag and saidshe fixed it. My favorite place but today was one of the worst experience I have ever had with one of your employees. Very rude and... unprofessional. Very ignorant and imature. She brought my order to curbside I had placed two different order and only gave meone she walked away and ignored my calls I had to go inside where I was approached.by a very rude supervisor who didn't evenwant to listen. If you're in the area this is the whataburger you'll want to visit. The night shift is the best I've seen. Everything from the... time between orders, the exchange between the customer and cashier, to the quality of food was well done. I'm glad I stopped by.I haven't done a positive review in a while, but they earned this. Read more

It was before 6:00 a.m. I pull up to the drive-thru and order my breakfast food, cashier on my receipt says Rene g, my order #... 531966. I see there is no car behind me so I proceed to pay my bill with cash and some change about a dollar worth of changewell the cashier did not like it he literally said I don't feel like counting this so I try to hurry up and dumped all thechange I had in his hand I was still searching for two quarters that I had here and my cup holder he came back that you're shortabout 48 cents which is the 50 cents I'm looking for I had a 20 in my hand and he says you had a 20 the whole time and you'repaying with this most cash registered appreciate the change this guy didn't, next time I go in the morning if this guy's workingthe window I'm just going to go down the road I don't need no one's attitude this early in the morning Read more

This location WAS top tier compared to other locations throughout the Houston area. The quality has dropped tremendously. Super... long line and you are serving old, limp, tasteless fries and my patty melt was thrown together like a poorly folded fitted sheetand was not fresh. Don't work in the service industry if this is how you prepare food for others. Read more

It has to be the easiest job in the world. Read receipt, put items on receipt in bag, hand bag to customer. Yet it's so... difficult. It rwally baffles the mind. The charge your $9 for a burger without giving it to you. Now you're miles away and sitto a family dinner you cannot enjoy. Curbside pickup got me today. So they put ranch rub instead of my Jalapeño Whataburger. Read more

This location has been so bad lately. These past three visits have been by far the worst, cold fries are one thing, but rotten... apples on the apple and cranberry chicken salad ? Unacceptable. The wrong ingredients to the avocado bacon burger ( used regularbuns instead of texas toast, used raw onions instead of grilled, mustard instead of creamy pepper sauce, wrong cheese, pickles!?) Unacceptable. To top it off, on one of my recent visits, the manager on the clock 'forgot' to give me my receipt and changeback after i had paid with cash.. very disappointing. Read more

I ordered breakfast for the Transportation team for The Houston Food Bank, and the initial woman who took my order recorded the... wrong date for our 5am meeting (4am pick-up time). It was a large order, so I had ordered two days in advance. Luckily themanager Rene and his amazing crew stepped up to the plate and got my order out in a reasonable time.
