Patty melt, add tomatoes with a side of honey butter for my fries and finish with a chocolate shake and apple pie is my meal... every time. Their apple pie is fried unlike McDonald?s which is baked (just for those trying it for the first time to beexpecting a soft apple pie).Their cookies and brownies are ALWAYS soft. Read more
I honestly don't see what the hype is about. Maybe this is a poor example of whataburger, but it just wasn't good. I rather go... to Wendy's. The burger doesn't come with cheese, the onions are raw, and there was way to much condiment. Read more

I love the food here and the drive thru here is pretty quick compared to other locations.
Solid 4 star fast food burger joint. My first visit to Whataburger. Fries 3 star, burger 4 star with a pepper jack cheese,... fajita vegetables (still not sure if that is what they call onions and peppers?) and mushrooms. Peaches and cream milkshake was5 star. Yum!!! Love the spicy ketchup with horseradish. Management your drive through speaker needs to be fixed. Read more
This location was pretty busy when I visited, but after about 7 mins in the line, my order was taken by a very nice cashier.... While I snapped some pics of my surroundings, tge manager on duty asked me if if everything was OK. ????. My order was readyshortly afterwards. This spot is pretty clean and inviting as Whataburgers go. I'd bring my kids here. 4 stars for the wait, butotherwise, thanks for a pretty good experience!???????? Read more
Went there today and was excited about the customer service and how they where happy to take our order. We get to the first... window and the young lady greeted us with a big hello and a smile then took our money. So we go to the next window and anotheryoung lady said welcome to whataburger and confirmed our order and we waited on fresh hot fish. Then we fell the heat from thebag only to drive off with cold hard french fries so disappointed. This should not happen to anyone. We paid our money so weexpect fresh food. I am a loyal whataburger customer (my fiancés favorite fast food place is whataburger) so we frequent them often. This is BY... FAR the worst whataburger in Houston. I set a curbside order for 6:30-6:35 because I was in a time crunch to get to the airport.Long story short, I was met with extreme attitude & told that my order was given to someone else with no solution after 30minutes of waiting. I asked them to please remake my food because I didn?t make the mistake they did. I was ignored and when myfood was remade, it was slammed on the counter with attitude. If you live in Houston, please don?t make the mistake that I didand stop at this whataburger, drive the extra 10 minutes. I have been in contact with corporate & at hoping for some sort ofresolution soon. Being in management myself, the GM needs to do an overhaul on the entire staff. These consistent customerservice issues according to the reviews, are costing your branch big time.
