One of the best Whataburgers around. Great food, service and atmosphere. Super pack during lunch hour, Monday thru Friday.
Well, my issue is due to the slow times in the drive thru, today I actually had to leave the line due to it taking to damn long... for the food that is made to make it to the window. I hated leaving but they really need to step it up inside as they used to befast, but now, not so much, guess I will have to use the 2 other locations near me. Read more
Food is always fresh and service is quick! My Whataburger was hot, toppings were fresh, and the delivery was quick. I stopped... here because it was on my route home and they never disappoint. I recommend this location to everyone I know that is in the areaor coming to it. Keep up the great work and I'll keep frequenting this location. Read more
09/23/2022 Update. I dine in here 3x per week. I can no longer recommend dining in. This restaurant has a MAJOR fly problem. I... shouldn't be constantly waving off these damn flies while I'm trying to eat my meal. If these flies are in the dining area,then it must also be a problem in the kitchen & food prep area. I will call the City of Houston Health Department if thisproblem is not corrected immediately. 08/22/2022 Good location. Gets very busy. The dining room and restrooms are very cleanand sanitized. Ordered 3 meals and one was a BACON cheeseburger but guess what??? The main ingredient....BACON WASN'T THERE!!! So... disappointing!!!!! I don't have time to be driving back and forth wasting time and gas just for some bacon that should'veautomatically been on the burger to begin with!!! Read more
Food was cold and they gave me old fries and onion rings. Don?t know who?s running this place but this is ridiculous because... this the second time. I worked in fast food and you have a time limit before you throw away already cooked food and you cantell they went way past that time Read more
I?m giving them 4 stars because all the other times I?ve ordered from this location my burger is right. Just came from this... location literally minutes ago. My order is not difficult it?s a plain burger. Took It out of the bag and opened it up, hasmustard on it. I can?t go back to get a new burger because work is too busy. Should of checked my burger before I left, that?son me for assuming it was correct. The receipt even said plain on it. Read more
I don't normally write fast food reviews, only if it's a really good or bad experience. However, these independent franchisees... should be looking at these reviews. My experience today at this location was wonderful. I'm sure it had to do with the factthat, it was obvious, two of the managers were working behind the scenes with the rest of the team! I'm not sure if that's adaily occurrence, but the crew always shipshape! My Burger, which I ordered on the app, was hot and fresh, and delivered to mytable by one of the managers with a nice greeting!
