Today I had the worst experience ever at any food establishment and I am so disappointed that it was at a Whataburger. First, my... Sprite was very watered down so I drove back about 2 miles to return it. I went inside and was allowed to get a new drink. ThenI drove home and sat down to eat and as soon as I bit into my chicken sandwich I was disgusted. The texture was hard andnoticeably undercooked. This is totally unacceptable! This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, literally. I don'tunderstand how they can't have good quality control at these places, like don't these employees get proper training? Worst customer service ever. Wish I could give it no stars. Manager needs more training on customer service and how the... Whataburger offers work. Yelling at me because she didn't understand how to process a BOGO offer. She should have asked one ofthe cashiers how it works. I have been to this location several times and ordered offers from the app with no problems. Lost mymoney and a customer. I refuse to pay for someone to yell me when I'm spending my money. After that bad experience I went to theVeterans Memorial location and had no problems placing my order for the in app offer and I ordered other food items. Food wasgreat and service was great. The Antoine location is less than a mile from my house, but I will NEVER eat there again. I wouldrather drive to another location. Read more

This is the second time in 2 weeks that I am so disappointed with the way this location is now serving our food. I asked for a... number 13 which are the chicken strips, my fries were all over the place inside the box, as if they threw the box like they hadno care in the world, the chicken crust was so overcooked it hurt my throat to even chew, no napkins provided as usual. Don'tget me wrong, the cashier, Shalim C. Did an outstanding job when taking my payment and asking if I needed ketchup but the foodquality is no longer good! Please bring back old management! The food came out hot and fresh and exactly how I ordered! You have to order the BOB with fire roasted peppers and the Taquito... with fire roasted mushrooms..or both! Just be sure to add the cream sauce (the one they use on the Mushroom burger, it's on thecustom options on the app or online). Read more
