This is THE SLOWEST Whataburger!!! It doesn?t matter what time of day or night. I will say the customer service is good & the... food is typically fresh but it doesn?t make sense to have to sit in line for 20 plus minutes. Read more
This place seems to hire people who are un capable of understanding and inputting customers order information. The past 3 times... they either get my order completely wrong, or forget something. The person at the window is always rude not only to customersbut to their own coworkers, snatching things out of their hands w such an ugly attitude. Never had any issues at this location. I will say that they drive through usually be packed during certain times of the day and... especially after 11pm. Food is always good and never old tasting likes it been sitting for a while. Milkshakes are always madefirst and fries are always delicious (with honey butter). Their breakfast items are delicious no matter what you order and thecookies are always soft. Love the apple pies with a shake delicious combo. Read more
Had to try the quintisential Texas experience before I had to go. And so I had to try everything gor the double whataburger, the... patty melt, and the whatachicken strips. I have no complaints, they were all very delightful and I left feeling so overly full.Will be back again when I come around! Read more
I only have a 1 star because my order was dropped in old grease. What I do appreciate is the manger Becky apologizing to me over... the phone once I called an explained what had happened and she told me to come in the next day to accommodate my 3 meals. Placed an online order on 11/25 and pick up time was 4:05. Didn?t get food till after 5. Asked for the manager, cashier said she... wasn?t in, and the cashier ( with braids) has no customer service at all. RUDE AND UGLY!! Then my order was wrong. This place isHORRIBLE! Who hired these people. Never again, I will forever give them 1 star. And the 1 star is for the sweet tea!! Train yourstaff and where was the management!! Anywho, HAPPY HOLIDAYS.
