Honestly whataburger hits the spot 99.9% of the time. I usually always get the patty melt or something with bacon in it but I... decided to try the chili cheese fries this time. I was really hungry so I made sure to get a large. Service was great butlooking at the size of a "large" was pretty disappointing. Especially at the price point of $5. I gave 3 stars for the hot food! But not 5 because of the horrible customer service from Cashier Ebony F. She was very rude and... snappy for absolutely no reason. We asked could we pay for a fry at the window she said no, ok that's a rule we get it, but mybf asked her could sit the side and instead of her saying no she said "I mean who gone give it to you". So we come back aroundto get a large fry and I ask "can I have 2 more picante sauces, I have 4 taquitos you only gave me 2". Went for just a chocolate malt. The staff on duty did not mix the malt powder effectively. It was all clumpy and not mixed... properly. I know the night shift does their best to make sure my order is correct and it's always delicious. Perhaps, the dayshift needs better training on malt making! Read more
If you see this review and go to this Whataburger in the drive-through look in their drive-through window and see how many... burger patties you see sitting on the grill waiting to be used. Every time I go there?s at least 10 patties sitting therealready cooked. That must explain why every time I get my food it?s not hot, the cheese isnt melted, and the fries are stonecold. I?m shocked at how this whataburger had 1 star rating two months ago and now is at over 4 stars. There has to be fakereviews In here. There hasn?t been one time in the past 15 YEARS that I?ve gone to this whataburger and they HAVENT messed myorder up. Also, the never manager I see there now has a HORRIBLE attitude. I try to avoid this whataburger at all cost butsometimes it?s the only thing decent right there. You can be the only person in the line and wait ten minutes for your food andIt?ll be cold. Whataburger?s policy is to not drop the fries until the order is placed. The food is not supposed to be cookeduntil your order is placed. For those who stay in the area I?m sure they have horrible experiences with this Whataburger aswell. A big fat I do not recommend this Whataburger if your life depended on it. Ordered simple chicken tender meal and drove home and was given everything BUT the chicken tenders! Drove back and was provided... the chicken tenders after waiting outside in the cold since no one offered to bring it to the car or to let us inn to sit andwait while they fixed their issue.
