This store always runs super slow. Don?t expect to get your food for at least 30-45 minutes, no matter the time of day. I would... also not recommend ordering a large size anything at this place because they will only ever give you a medium, while making youpay for a large. Multiple times now I will tell them I would like a medium and then they charge for a large (you won?t knowuntil you already pay) and then the Large fries container is barely 3/4 full. As one of the better employees they had, let me say this store is just NOT good with consistency nor do they care about their... customers or employees. Cooks take forever purposely, everyone is always mad, & aside from the head boss, management ishorrific. The main problematic one constantly argues with customers on a day to day basis about their food being messed up inwhich she belittles the staff AND customer at the same time. Update: I have to change my review of this location. Today the line was long but the staff handled it quickly, my food was... perfect and fresh, fried were crispy, and the staff was super polite and helpful Cold food, soggy fries, no ice in my roomtemperature drink, asked for extra ketchup and didn?t even get 1. Service is always fast and great but when ordering anything chicken please ask for well done. Due to the fact that they are... trying to get everything out in a timely order. This is the closest location to me, so I come often. Let me start off by saying that the food at this location is never... consistent. Sometimes I come and it is really good and other times I come and regret it. Tonight was one of those nights where Iam very unsatisfied. This location is pretty much always busy at night, so I came prepared to wait in the drive thru line. I satin the drive thru for about 20 minutes because there were 5 cars ahead of me when I arrived. Like I said, I come often and theline is always long so I had no problem with waiting. I associated the long wait time with them making each order fresh. Iquickly learned once I got home that this was not the case. On the way home, I tried a fry and it was hot, so I thought myburger would also be hot, but when I got home my burger was cold. I got grilled onions and they were also cold. I do no stay farfrom whataburger so the food should have atleast been warm if it was fresh. The fries were warm when I made it home, so thistells me that my burger was not fresh. I was not satisfied with the burger at all. This is upsetting because it makes me wonderwhat I was waiting in line for 20 minutes for ? Ultimately, I would recommend checking your food before leaving.
