Dirty!!! Unprofessional management ignores customers, rude customer service over small issues. I ordered a small shake, THEN... decided I wanted a strip meal. When she asked me what drink I wanted I told her make the shake I ordered prior to the meal thedrink for the meal. She then asked me do I want two shakes. I said no I said make the shake a ordered the drink for themeal. That girl said, "That's what I just asked you! I'm like what?! Don't talk to me like that, she cuts me off damn near, &said "alright that's all?! I get my food and it's wrong and they threw the condiments ON MY FOOD! The fries are always fresh. Never had a problem there. Sometimes they put 2 much honey butter on my biscuit, but it's ok. The... only other item I ever order is the patty melt. Always say, "extra sauce". They're really stingy on the sauce of it. Read more
There are alot of employees and the service was fast and pleasant. Soda machine area was being cleaned and the tables. The cooks... wear gloves. Order was accurate and the service was great! But there were two onion rings that had like unfried flour inside them? It was... strange. They gave us new onion rings but then we found another with the same issue. I was appreciative for them trying toremedy the problem with more onion rings but biting into an onion ring and then stuff other than onion falling out of it is offputting. Read more
Went in the drive thru and trying to get sauce for my meal was like pulling teeth. I ordered 2 large meals and asked for... multiple spicy and regular ketchup sauces at the speaker. Got to the window and after I told the guy I wanted spicy and regularhe grabs ONE of each sauce and puts it in the bag then hands it to me.
