We're from out of state. Heard about this place and since it isn't far from the airport we came to this location to see what all... the talk is about. Well, let me just say that I now understand why they say everything is bigger in Texas. I understand now whythe people in Texas are so fat, because the food they eat here is so good. I give this place a 10/10. I had the chili cheesehamburger and wow was that amazing! The burger alone was almost bigger then my face. Shout out to Houston police!!!! The location is easy to miss but as far as customer service.....they good! I actually left the Gulf gate location to come to... this one. I do not regret it they like they job unlike that lady that work the register every morning, she is actually thereason I left that location! If it gets that bad in fast food retiring or doing something from home away from people seems likea better idea. She to miserable for me and she front and center at that! Read more

Just received my order via UberEATS. I oreder Patty melt combo.Burger was extremely dry as if it's been sitting out the entire... day bread was stale NOT toasted with butter either just smashed and stale. Drink had literally no ice at all and yet overfilledto a point it was coming out the top. I get the cold stale fries but burger smelled bad tasted bad drink hot and just overall anextremely bad unprofessional experience!!! I DO NOT RECOMMENDED ORDERING FOOD FROM HERE!!!
