Miss Paula is the absolute best! She lights up the restaurant as soon as you walk in. Big welcoming greet and farewell. Very... tentative, asked me if i needed anything else as i was eating offered a refill, took my trey once i was finished with it. I meanjust wow. I tried to give them another chance to correct themselves on the watery gravy from the first time and this is the gravy I... received after ordering the #26 Biscuit and Gravy meal. My husband asked for a refund and when we got to the window, the nightmanager snatched the receipt out of his hand, threw the bag of food against the wall, and slammed the window shut after givinghim his refund. Now I see why the food is nasty and orders are messed up every time I go there at night. Unfortunately, thislocation was located in my neighborhood. We hadn?t ate dinner and have to go to bed hungry. I will be reaching out to thecorporate office to let them know she?s an unfit manager. I?ll be sure to make that 20 minute drive to the 59/ Grand Pkwylocation for the best Whataburger ever?.. It?s really not a great store. The employees sound like they?re fed up with the clientele any given day, but I won?t let on that... it upsets me so I just smile and thank them for their service. Sometimes they yell so loudly over the speaker, sometimes theycan?t hear you at the window, sometimes they forget ketchup (or today, there were no napkins for this messy burger). It?s clearthey don?t like working at this location and don?t have the drive to serve better. It isn?t the worst, which is actuallyremarkable if that?s what you?re looking for. This lady or man - Samuel Ambriz is very very rude. i need to make sure door dash orders are correct for t the customers. But... this person that works at Whataburger doesn?t like door dash is in his very very rude. I went through the drive through and it was not busy at all.. Just got home with my order (#517228) I ordered the sweet and... spicy bacon burger. The beef patties were dry as if they had been sitting on the griddle for a while, bacon was carelesslylumped to one side of the burger with just the tiniest amount of onion/sauce. My wife said the chicken strips on her sandwichwere also dry. I expected better as I've had better from this same location. Read more
I am definitely biased, but the food here is excellent compared to what I'm used to in delivery from anything remotely related... to fast food. More like an experience if everything goes as planned. As an foodie, I appreciate the variety of menu, the welcomeatmosphere, the reasonable prices, and the ???? great taste. Definitely worth a visit. Read more
