This restaurant messed up my whole family orders. Then the employees want to look crazy like it's your fault because they messed... up. There are way too many youngsters working at these type of restaurants. All they are worried about is they Cell phones. Theyhate too wash there hands and have on gloves and hair nets while working and handling food. They mangers don't care because theyalso refuse to ware them. It's the law when at work and while handling food all employees must wear hair nets and gloves. Veryhorrible service. If I could give a negative zero I would, if I could give a F I would. I waited in line over 30 mins only to get home and find out that I had a biscuit with nothing on it when I ordered a #22 with... sausage. I did not feel like waiting another 30 mins for food that's the only reason why I didn't return. Dont just give peoplewhat you want especially when they paid full price. Good fast food, and speedy service. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Edit update: I've never had a complaint about this... place until now. I ordered a large size meal, and upon getting home, I discovered that my "large fries" was barely 2/3 full.This is what they consider a "large fry"? I used to like whataburger. Now, not so much. Every time I get a burger, the bun breaks apart; like it's old. They never give... you napkins, nor ketchup. If I order the chicken strip dinner, they forget to give me the creamy gravy, and the toast bread.Don't order the jalapeños, you're just giving them money, because I never get them. Read more
