Whataburger is usually very good, maybe not as good as it use to be but it's ok. This particular day I had a regular number one.... It taste basic. This manager skipped the existing line if existing customers to get his own food BEFORE the existing customers standing in... line!!! However, the front line ladies, ( Michelle and Francis? ) took VERY GOOD CARE of me, I received my order , even thoughthe manager received his food first. Read more
Foods OK but it could be hotter and sometimes the trash doesn?t get emptied I noticed when older people work here it?s better?... But the thing that really ruins it for me is that there?s way too many homeless people that sit around and cough all over theplace not to mention a couple of schizophrenics that talk and sing out really loud? I hope the owner sees this. The ulgy hispanic looking lady was very rude, when I told her my drink was coke she then tells me... there is no coke but I could hear her as she spoke very low. Very unprofessional, the ugly dude named Nahsha O was the worst inhistory. Keep telling me the incorrect order when they knew exactly my order, not my fault they don't know what they're doing.If they can't keep up with the customer volume, close the damn store. I felt very upset at the service provided, thoseindividuals should not be working there! I hope Operating Partner, Melissa Steady sees this. I would appreciate a call back, andalso a full refund of my order. Food was nasty, not worth they $. This is whats "Texas" has to offer? This is the hype for"Whataburger"? Pss we do it better in NY. would of given less but the woman at the drive thru with the pretty nails and red hair was lovely, our food was old and cold and... when brought to the attention of the manager he was rude and unprofessional. We got our money back, but not without a fatattitude. Not the best experience:( Read more
