Don't buy from the app! I did so on 9/14 and the dasher delivered to the wrong house and never responded to me when she did so... so I could find out where. Contacted door dash several times and all they told me was they couldn't refund me because Ipurchased through the wendys app and to contact them directly and once they acknowledge and process the refund DD reimburseswendys. Have tried for days since to contact them and because wendys is non responsive - I am basically out $50 (including thetip I'm forced to prepay for a non delivery.) Read more
My wife and I were going to run some errands we were in the area and we're hungry so we stopped by this location around 11:30... am. First off the lady took forever taking my order I had to keep repeating myself. Our food took 15 minutes to even get we ateinside and only one person in front of us. My wife felt uncomfortable in there the whole time just the environment. So we'redon't eating and we're leaving well we got locked in. With everything going on in the world what restaurant or any food placelocks there customers in the restaurant at 1130 am lunch time without even letting us know??? We had to try going out multipledoors and there all locked so she finally just unlocked it herself. I will never go back to this location and the guy workingthere looked at my wife once we left out the door and locked the doors again and there was still a customer in there. I did notexpect to get locked in. What if something happened and we were locked in? The manager needs to do something about this. This isNOT okay. I did not eat any food at this location however, my 2 nieces and my nephew had a value meal each. I?ll assume the food was good... because they ate it all. My concern is that this location not currently have a working AC. I believe that these are unsafeworking conditions. With little ventilation and the restaurant itself emitting constant heat, thus cannot be healthy foremployees nor any customers that may visit this location. Read more
This location (imperial valley and 1960) is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever had. The last time I went I got chili with cheese... and onions and a small fry. It barely had any beans and virtually no meat AT ALL! It was basically chili flavored tomato soup,plus the fries were cold. This time I got the 4 for $4. It included a Jr bacon cheeseburger, which happens to be the only thingedible, chicken nuggets which I can't even explain how they were cooked... Undercooked is the best way to describe it (and yesthat's breading in the middle in the pic I posted. I know it looks like it's missing or soggy maybe, but no that's not the case,it wasn't soggy), fries which seemed to be two days old and a drink. I will never, ever eat there again! I wouldn't recommendanyone to eat there at least until they're under new management. A manager that has higher standards and demands they serveedible food. Read more
The worst customer service so far. The manger was ruder than the employee. I got a breakfast baconator with the season potato.... The potato was cold and old. I asked for some fresh ones they drop the old ones in the hot grease and brought them back. I askedif they just put them in the grease she said no, but you could tell fresh cooked from refried food.
