good food i always liked this place
Terrible communication!!! The "owner" just called me with broken English saying he did not see me in the restaurant therefore... the complaints I made during my survey was a lie. However the receipt I have I used my personal credit card to purchase thefood.I was in the drive thru having the worst time ordering ever and instead of the manager calling to correct the problem hecalled me a liar and said I never came into that location because he was there. I am extremely disappointed at who is beinghired as management for this establishment because until now Wendy has had a higher standards than other fast food chains. Thisis disgusting the way the manager called my phone extremely unprofessional & absolutely disrespectfully. He should not beemployed at this location or any of the Wendy's franchises. He stated he owned this Wendy's and there is no one else that we canspeak with. I would like the corporate owners to take a look at this receipt and the phone call that was being recorded byWendy's. There is absolutely no excuse that any employee should call a customer and call them names when clearly I am in theright. I would like for someone more professional to reach out because this complaint will not go away. I feel very offended andmy food was wrong. Combos are too expensive for the amount of food you get the burgers are not that big. How is it possible they get away with... selling a two meat bacon burger that's small with medium drink and medium fries for $14 that doesn't make sense at all. But ifmoney is not a problem for you then the food is ok for being fast food. Read more
Times Said they were open at 6 but when I pulled up to the speaker no one said anything I even waited until 630 and still heard... from no one it's connected to a truck stop gas station so I assumed there would be people inside. The lights were on a therewere plenty of cars in the parking lot.. don't plan on going there early again Read more
The people there working are disgusting they're rude and very unprofessional. One employee kept putting her finger in her ear... then scratch her head and finger back in her ear. She had headphones on too. I get it you're working at a fast food place butwhen people drive up and they pay hard earn money and ask for a "Southwest salad" and is giving a salad that says "taco salad"for one they can't read I went back and they said oh we were out of stickers, so we had to put that sticker on it ... thatdoesn't make any sense to me. How do i know this when I get home.. (go figure) Then one of the employees said well you wererude. Excuse me who are you to correct me I'm paying for my food you're giving me a product that is not labeled correctly sowhen a customer gets home and begins to eat her salad how do I know ya'll decide to put another sticker on there that wasn'tcorrect. Then they got rude and said they were calling the cops for what call them because when they get there be afraid be veryafraid because ICE will pick you all up. As soon as I walked in, I overheard employees discussing the fryers and how to clean them. One says he was told to use the... chemicals and scrub them clean. Another says, "Man, fu©k that! Just let it burn off the s#!+ stuck in there" With a mouthful offood. They noticed me and instead of saying hello or welcome in, they called another employee out of the back to help me, whilethey relaxed and continued their conversation. The soda dispenser was out of over 75% of product. Leaving only diet sodasavailable. The burger was bland and flavorless. The chili cheese fries were all beans, no meat, no cheese. They failed to evenprovide an eating utensil. I've been here before when the manager was working and he always made sure the food was fresh andwell prepared. Today it seems like children without parental supervision were running the store. It's obvious that they don'tcare about food safety or the people who spend their money here. Terrible service. Not very friendly and was out of the items my pregnant wife was craving. Grated it was 11 at night but if... they're open till 2 they could at least be prepared ahead of time. Also expect to be charged for extra sauce. Most Wendy's don'tbother doing that from my experience. Read more
I like that it's attached to a gas station because your guaranteed to be able to at least have a bathroom you can use. And you... can get gas. I have yet to find anybody better than Wendy's for chicken nuggets. Read more
