Drive through experience was not what I expected today. Maybe they had to put someone not trained at the window? Or maybe the... person might be going through some life stuff? I can speculate, I'm human and can also try to understand. Usually people thereare professional like today after I had to park and go inside. I don?t know what issue the spanish speaking workers at the drive through have but they need to watch what they say in front of... customers. Wendy?s if you have a limit on ranch you need to start charging or something or have a sign somewhere you knowinstead of having your cashiers like Roselia talk mess about customers like me that can understand Spanish. She is always sorude always complaining about me asking for more than one ranch. She needs to do better, be more nice if you are rude to me bestbelieve she will get treated the same way. I asked for fresh nuggets, they were not. And the baconator fries look, taste and feel like they had been pre made and was just... sitting to be warned. There was nothing fresh about anything I ordered and I spent almost $40 on 5 meals. And the sprite tasteslike it needs to be changed, straight carbonated. Read more
