Came to this location at 9:57pm and was told they are closed. This location does not close until 11pm. They stated the school... kids are gone for the night so they are closed. How convenient is that! Shouldn?t you have staff there for the remainder of thetime. This location ALWAYS has issues going on I won?t ever be back!! Read more
I understand that they are short staffed and service was still great, however..the wait for food in drive-thru was long and the... dining room was closed at this location. I feel bad for the employees doing their best while short on help. I'd do 5 stars butI'll save that for when they up and running back 100%. This is one of the worst run Wendy?s I have ever been to, and that?s saying something. They would be bankrupt if they weren?t in... the Costco parking lot. I came at a busy time when the drive-thru had a lot of cars so i went inside to place my order. Dining had no people inside.... Placed an order for the $5 for 5 bag and it took quite a while to receive my order. The counter person was friendly and polite.When i received my order it was not as requested and not hot; food was just okay. Another person, who ordered from drive-thruhad to come inside because he received the wrong order as well. The employees seemed confused about the placement of ordersshowing on the screen.
