Dude- SERIOUSLY avoid this Wendy's. I ordered a fully loaded burger and even paid extra for add ons- what I received was a cold... plain and dry burger and soggy limp fries. Bread and meat...DRY cold meat. I must have gotten someone else's order or something.I'm at work so I cant go back up to get the correct order, and there's no way to call. SO this is really the only option I haveunless I do the survey.. And to top it all off, the last few times I've come to this location they don't wear gloves whilepreparing the food. The basis potato was missing my sour cream, there was literally a teaspoon of cheese, and bacon and I requested chives and it... had one piece on it. My burger was cold but the potato was hot, it's like they used an old patty cause even the cheese on theburger was cold and not melted. The bbq sauce and crispy onion was right in the middle instead of spread out. The service washorrible and the girl at the window had the dirtiest nails I've ever seen. The stench in the restaurant was disgusting. I believe it came from the soda machine. The cashier was great, but the cook didn?t... even melt the cheese on my burger which means that burger was prolly just sitting in a warmer and not fresh off the grill. Thedrink behind the registers was delicious. I didn?t order a soda cause the smell coming from the machine. Wouldn?t go back unlessI was in a rush like I was that day. Read more
Very disappointed! I eat there often and today I have to say, was the worst service I have had since I have been here in... Houston. I ordered the 4 for 4 meal and the junior bacon was cold. It kind of seemed like they gave me an old burger. The breadwas hard and the burger with the cheese on it looked like they had made it hours before. My nuggets were dry and looked old. Myfries were very luke warm when I first got them but by the time I got home they were cold to. Unfortunately, the best thingabout this entire meal was the large cold coke. I wish I had something better to say but unfortunately I don't, which is sadbecause I always tell people that Wendy's has the best burgers. Y'all have to do better, especially during lunchtime. Ordered the Big Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger ???? combo. It was ok, still good. I think I like the Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger a... lot more. I still like Five Guys better especially the seasoned fries. Fast food burgers have gotten more expensive than theyshould be. Service was great and the food was great. The sweet tea was probably not brewed from that day. I know how it tastewhen it's not fresh. The restaurant was nice but the women's bathroom was gross. No toilet paper was in either stall so I was reduced to using brown... paper towels. The door to the kitchen was left open which in the Greenspoint area could have easily resulted in a robbery. Read more
Its getting worse. Use to be a place i can get food quickly and able to substitute items on the menu. Polices may have changed... but that's on them. Read more
